All I remember was that he was a dog that belonged to a neighbor of my grandparents whom we used to play with back in the 90's during the summertime when I was just a kid. I don't know why he only had one eye, but my guesses would be that he was either born that way, or he might've gotten into an accident. He passed away a very long time ago, but I'm not sure to how.
