Great video! As you said at the end, I'm also always amazed by the creativity and ideas of the show! In addition to the amazing actors, Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady are awesome! I've watched every TBBT episode until season 8, but the replay value is incredible because there are so many little details, jokes, stories, etc., that you are reminded of when re-watching. I'm still waiting to see the last 4 seasons, because I'm not ready for the end (Season 12 was the last) :( I also watch "Young Sheldon" now, it's a great show as well! Armitage plays an amazingly accurate representation of how Sheldon would have been as a child prodigy. I think you'll enjoy it too! As a future doctor myself, I also love the show "The Good Doctor" which features Dr. Shaun Murphy, a high functioning Asperger's surgeon, similar in many ways to Sheldon who clearly is also an Aspie :) As someone who has some Aspie like characteristics, I appreciate and understand characters like Sheldon and Shaun. I haven't been officially diagnosed, but some of these characteristics include: the juxtaposition of a high IQ, near eidetic memory, with mild social anxiety and OCD, sometimes missing social cues such as sarcasm, jokes, taking things too literally, etc. Fortunately, I have definitely improved on these things over the years, through observational learning and practice :)

I'll check out your content :) and yeah- thankfully I do a lot of activities outside of my medical school application stuff, such as volunteering at my local clinic teaching nutrition to patients, as well as teaching an English class at the same clinic. I also teach high/middle/elementary school students who are interested in pursuing health careers, about anatomy/physiology, health, nutrition, etc. So I get quite a bit of social interaction daily with colleagues, doctors, teachers, etc. It has definitely improved my social anxiety!
If Howard is an engineer, shouldn't he be able to come up with contraptions that he could make from scratch if he is in going to be in the Arctic Circle for two months? One more thing on Howard: React to the episode where he gets the Mars Rover stuck in a ditch. That one is one of my favorites.
Even for experienced engineers, that isn't easy. Before inventing something from scratch, make sure a similar device doesn't already exist. It's easier to tinker with an existing device and adjust it for what you need then invent something new. Which episode is that? I am going in order of seasons, on season 3 right now.
I always thought this show is god awful and unfunny and I still do lol. But at least, I now understand that real engineers find it funny:) Im not the right audience lol
