തൊട്ടാൽ പൊട്ടും അത്ര സോഫ്റ്റ് പുഡ്ഡിംഗ് എപ്പോഴും വീട്ടിൽ ഉണ്ടാവുന്ന 3 ചേരുവ PUDDING || MILK PUDDING

കുറെ നേരം ബോയിൽ ചെയ്യരുത് ...COOKING TIME 1ST 7 MINUTES high flame .....pinne medium flame yill 13 minutes
Egg whites - 4
Milk powder - 4 tbsp
Powdered Sugar - 4 tbsp
Vanilla essence - optional, 2 drops
Butter or oil - to grease the pudding tin
Hi everyone today’s recipe is of a very simple pudding, which we can make with easily available ingredients, at home..
If you do not need this much quantity, you can reduce all the ingredients by half and prepare the pudding..
The first thing we need is four refrigerated egg whites.. discard the yellow..
To the egg whites, add 4 tablespoons of milk powder and 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Next, add two drops of vanilla essence and beat really well until soft and frothy..
I am going to use an electric beater, you may use normal whisk if you do not have a beater
Beat the egg whites and milk powder and powdered sugar really well until no lumps are left..
Start beating on a low speed and then increase the speed and beat it into a nice and frothy cream.. beat for around 7-10mins
Once the pudding batter is ready, transfer it into a butter or oil greased tin, filling up to ¾ th of the tin..
Cover the pudding tin with a lid or an aluminium foil so that no evaporated water falls on the pudding.. I am also going to poke a few holes on the aluminium foil using a fork.
Now, place the tin in a steamer and steam for around 20 minutes until it’s done.
After about 20 minutes, turn off the flame and check it with a toothpick and see if it comes out clean, to check if it’s fully cooked.
Once the toothpick comes out clean, de-mould it carefully and refrigerate the pudding, before you cut and serve it!
This pudding is extremely soft, layered and delicious and will melt in your mouth..
Serve chilled!
