For the people who are considering applying for this post -
1. I have a close friend who gave his first hand experience to me regarding this interview who's completely fed up regarding WBHRB so I can give you legit information.
2. Loads of people are applying for this post, for which they have mentioned will be conducting an exam if a lot of people apply for this post.
It's a SCAM to gather as much APPLICATION FEES as possible because it doesn't matter how many people apply for this post they're ONLY going to consider applications for those having marks greater than 60% (most probably, for interview).
And there'll be no exam, I repeat, THERE WILL BE NO EXAM. It doesn't matter what they claim, what matters is what they're actually doing.
3. To save the whole of the APPLICATION FEES MONEY they GAINED from all the applications, they're just going to conduct a SHAM INTERVIEW SESSION FOR FORMALITIES, as it requires money to conduct exams, they're saving that money for what only they know.
4. The reason I'm saying "SHAM INTERVIEW SESSION FOR FORMALITIES" because -
i) Practically they have called around 3.8k to 8k (approximately) applicants for an interview of 38 vacancies (I'm talking regarding the last recruitment of FSOs of 44 posts, in which 38 were UR, for which the interview is presently going on). This is an absurd ratio, because at interview levels at most 1 person is selected against 20 people, for bank recruitments it becomes 1 out of 5 people for selection.
ii) As they're conducting interviews of such a huge number of candidates they're conducting interviews very poorly, for each candidate interview is going on for 5 minutes (avg basis) only and a maximum of 5 questions are being asked, that too not focusing on Foods or related fields.
iii) The interviewee should have the basic decency of looking towards the applicant when he/ she they're conducting an interview of that person, but for most of the time they don't really care if you're present there or not. They don't follow a proper code of conduct for an interview, they're just screening people on RANDOM BASIS.
5. DON'T APPLY FOR THE POST IF YOU DON'T KNOW BENGALI PROPERLY. Bengali isn't an easy language, it's easy to learn the alphabets quickly but the word spellings are illogical. Words don't spell the way they're pronounced.
If you're Hindi, or any other language speaker in which spellings are directly related to pronunciation you won't be getting this language for a long time, forget about getting dictation right.
Because if you don't know Bengali, you're going to feel humiliated there. The interviewee may even shout at you for getting just one spelling wrong in the whole dictation (that actually happened to some). This states their intention regarding what they're doing.
6. It doesn't matter in what language the notification or the website is written in, in there EVERYTHING IS CONDUCTED IN BENGALI. It will be like going to a Bengali medium primary school, where even teachers don't know how to speak English although they do the paperwork in English.
Everything, from entering the premises to the conduction of an interview happens in Bengali. Yes, the INTERVIEW HAPPENS IN BENGALI for such a big and important post.
So you'll only feel humiliated yourself if you don't know Bengali properly, how to read, write, and speak.
Swa Education channel is really a good channel, thanks to the Sir and his team for bringing such informative content regarding the syllabus of FSOs and other related posts for free in YT. Hats off to your dedication.
Everything regarding the present recruitment process that's going on is completely shady, as they never mentioned for what basis they shortlisted candidates for the interview, if they did actually shortlisting or called all the candidates to run a sham show. They don't even e-mail you regarding the interview dates, if you're not periodically checking their websites, it automatically becomes your loss. Everything I have told here regarding FSO INTERVIEW is completely genuine, although not first hand experience, I got the information from a completely genuine source.
If you want to burn your ₹210 thinking it isn't much, "jo hoga dekha jayega", then go for it, but for others, think about it.
