Even when I'm not fluent yet but once I forgot the word "feel" in my mother language then I kept saying 느낌 to my friend then she laughed(cuz she knows what it means) then I still tried to found the right word but ended up said the one in English, then the one in Indonesian, until finally I remember the right word in Javanese 😂

Ahh I have a similar struggle 😂 My mother language is Serbian, but I'm fluent in English/ I have been learning it in school since a young age and I basically think in English while speaking in Serbian. I constantly add English words when I don't like the Serbian one or if I forget it. Now that I'm learning Korean too, I use it mostly over texts with my best friend cause she's the only one who understands it 😂

@Girl I think you might have misunderstood. My native tongue is Swedish, my second language is English. I wasn't being critical towards these awesome kids, I was saying it's relatable to me. I mix my Swedish with English nowadays because I forget some words in Swedish but I remember the English word instead. And sometimes my brain translates one way but my mouth talks the other way. Also, some phrases and idioms works better and conveys what I want better in English than Swedish, or the other way around. I don't know if you understood any of that, I had a bit of a hard time reading your comment... it's a bit messy? Are you ok?
