He needed to tell him Thors gone so he can realize that this Thanos guy is the real deal.
Thor is arguably the strongest out of all ofnthem once he reached his potential. He has the strength of Hulk, but has more experience with using it, including hia ither abilities. Now, he didn't have Mjolnir, which honestly, kind of helped him over his career, so MAYBE could have helped turn the tide. But yes, to say Thanios took down Thor and Hulk within the span of a minute. He was THE ultimate threat then.
@@ajdominguez1002 Thor had Thanos beat when he had the stones if he just went for the head.
@@IVEdge yeah, but he didn't.
@@ajdominguez1002 Thor isn't arguably the strongest. Not even close. The strongest is easily Wanda Maximoff with Dr Strange being a close 2nd.
For all Banner knew, Thor WAS dead. He left the Asgardian party after he tried going toe-to-toe with Thanos. At that point in this clip, he didn't know Thor's fate.
0:57 I love this Detail from Stark. He said “this is it” and it’s recalling to when tony saw the future and saw all the avengers dead.
Duh
duh
Duh
and in that scene he saw them dead, caps shield was in half, so was his shield in endgame
His fear of Thanos actually goes all the way back to when he saw the Chitauri starship in the first Avengers. He’s known since then that there would have been a round two.
It's sweet that Tony carries Steve's phone wherever he goes.....
Ya so eh can call him whenever he needs him
Also conveniently keeps it fully charged.
Long live flip phones. ✊
@@liliowen2132 Old phones used to stay charged for days easily so he would not have to charge it often :)
Hey, if Chris Evans gave me a present, I'd carry it wherever I go too.
The avengers civil war made thanos job easier
Thanos probably Watched civil wars and then decide its the right time
@@rt75547remember later in the movie Dr strange saw 10+ million different timelines/outcomes and they lose in 99% in most scenarios iron man HAD to sacrifice himself there was no other way
Thatwas was evil zemo fault.
@@gsmoneybabyxxl7575 i get that's what they said in the movie. But that's obviously just a way for the writers to claim there was no other way, even though you can easily think of ways that would've defeated Thanos way easier.
Yes and then Doctor strange 2 they pretty much prove that there was other ways to take infant nose out without iron Man even being in play
I like how Strange reacted to Steve finding vision even though those two haven't met.
As a sorcerer supreme there’s no way he haven’t heard of captain america
I think he reacted that way from knowing Tony and Steve had a falling out.
@@superbabybaoyeah that's exactly why
Yeah, the Avengers having a very public and expensive falling out at an airport in Germany was probably not hard to know about even if you weren't a superhero. And Steve Rogers becoming a wanted fugitive TWICE in only a couple years would be pretty public as well. Strange knew it wouldn't be easy for Tony to swallow his pride and make that call.
This is the first time I noticed that, and I've watched the movie a bunch of times
1:25 its funny because the Avengers did ultimately try Tony's suggestion of "sticking the stone down the garbage disposal" but with the mind stone in Vision's head by getting Wanda to destroy it.
But if they had done that with the time stone, thanos would have no way to get it back
@@Dunger974exactly
@@seancarter51 Though Thanos would still have the other stone and with them he could/would destroy the earth out of revenge
Every other stone, except the Time Stone, being sent to disposal wouldn't help. It has to be the Time Stone. Only that stone if destroyed would have ensured that Thanos can't ever perform the snap.
It still wouldn’t matter. Having all the other stones thanos would manually kill half of the universe if he had to and then the avengers would probably also be killed. It also wouldn’t let the avengers go back in time and use the stones to save the universe. Which is why this was probably one of the realities dr strange saw and knew destroying the time stone wouldn’t work.
I still remember sitting in the theaters for opening day of this and Endgame. I was 53 years old at the time, and a huge Avengers fan since May 1972..... Now I'm going to go watch these movies again.
Love how Dr Strange puts Tony in his place and calls him what everyone else already knows him to be
You do know what Strange used to be, right?
Wong is the best storyteller😊, and yes, I still want to have a sleepover at Doctor Strange’s mansion on Bleecker Street😊
Just like Morgan Freeman😊
"You wouldn't happen to be moving your hair would you?" 😂😂😂 Tony with his little quips
Not at the moment. Which means he does. Because he is a party magic wizard
Its interesting that despite of whatever happened in civil war between Tony and Cap, Tony still kept the phone with him that Cap sent him and said to him, "Whenever you need us or need me, I'll be there."
If Banner has all of this information about Thanos and knows that Thor is gone, then Stark is probably guessing that Thanos defeated the Hulk, too...and Banner barely escaped to warn Stark about the danger that they're all in.
& when Stark says that this is it, he's likely thinking about his future vision of all the Avengers being dead (Age of Ultron), and He developed his Mark 50 armor for this coming threat.
Yup if Hulk lost and Thor gone their chances are slim at best since those are the strongest Avengers they had.
2:18 I swear you can hear a crew member laugh
I don’t hear nothing bro
@@haider2006 right after Banner says about the Beatles
@@LifeOfRy Nope, it was after Bruce said '' lost another superbot''
@@xamurai00 yeah you’re right I was at work when I replied I think haha
Holy Smokes! 😂
Love the humility of the heroes in these movies knowing what’s coming and what they’ve held themselves accountable for and wanting to do better. Everyone could learn something from these movies! Despite the hero aspect of it!
I love that Tony had to be brutally honest with Bruce how both he and Steve were in serious conflict.
I love just how much they need Steve's help. Not just to find Vision, cuz im sure Tony or Strange can find him easily. You got a sorcerer, a rage monster and a genius in a robot suit, but still need the good hearted super soldier's help
1. Thanos gain the Power Stone by annihilating the Nova Corps.
2. Thanos gain the Space Stone by destroying the Tesseract Cube and kill half of Asgardians including Loki and Heimdall.
3. Thanos gain the Reality Stone by took it from the Collector at Knowhere
4. Thanos gain the Soul Stone by sacrificing Gamora.
5. Thanos gain the Time Stone because Doctor Strange somehow give it to him.
6. Thanos gain the Mind Stone by taking it from Vision's head killing him.
Bruh why did you edit this
everyone already knew that
7. Thanos gained the Ego Stone in the cemetery underneath the tombstone of Kevin Feige's credibility...
It's a welcomed effort @@Xcoming2
@@EyeGuy2766 what was it because he edited it?
Infinity War, I can watch beginning to end everytime. Its flawless.
Endgame, immediately fast forward to climatic Battle scene.
Infinity War was a perfect comic book movie. Had everything you wanted. Great villain, real stakes and the heroes even lost.
@@CamPerry They ruined the Hulk, Planet Hulk is the greatest movie of all time
I liked the time travel scenes, especially the 2012 New York bit and the 1970s SHIELD mission to get the Tesseract and Pym Particles
Endgame overrated to me just a comedy with a fight at the end
1:38 😆😆😆 One Minute they're Super Heroes the Next they're mentioning that there's Ice Cream Flavors named after them! I'M DYING!!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣
😂
1:39 The look Bruce gave Dr. Strange's friend when he mentioned the flavor named after him😂
Stark dialogue is hilarious!!! He should have won an Oscar
The hype for Infinity War and Endgame. No other movies can rival the hype it build up those nights we all stayed in line to get ready to watch.
George Lucas says hello.
1:12 it's a shame we really only got a fraction of time with Strange and Stark's egos clashing in banter as teammates via this movie. With Tony dead, we don't have it anymore. But them powering for control of the room with wit and jabs is so great. I could watch that for a few hours.
The only thing missing is that neither Downey nor Cumberbatch said to the other, "No shit, Sherlock!" Because they both played Holmes, yet another man of great brilliance and ego.

What a time. Never to be replicated again.
The Avengers broke up because of Tony, Steve, The Accords, and that Zemo creep.
and also evil thunderbolt ross fault.
Zemo wasn't a creep. He was one of the best written villains.
@@Burgerkingsucks1 Nope, stupid evil Zemo is a creep is a fact. He was one’s the worst written villains. There no such thing as best written villain-you mutt.
@@Burgerkingsucks1 Nope foo, evil unforgivable zemo was a creep He was one of the worst written villains ever. There no such thing as best written villains you fool.
No Avenger Broke up Because winter soldier killed Tony's MOM and Dad and captain america covered it up .
Even In the End of civil war when iron man catch up with them they became all friendly and preparing to fight 5 enhanced people just like captain america but that video revealed the captain america's dark secret and that destroyed Avenger.
I would have liked if Iron Man Killed winter soldier in next movie to settle the score.
Love how when Tony is leaning on the statue, he’s scolded by Strange’s cape and not Strange himself.
broke up? like a band? like the beatles?
lol
I didn't think it was funny , its really cringe af.
I really like practicality of Bruce telling Tony straight up that his little fight with Steve pales in comparison to the imminent, preventable death of trillions.
The Avengers (2012) my favorite childhood memories.
Avengers Age Of Ultron (2015) was badass.
Avengers Infinity War (2018) was sad.
Avengers EndGame (2019) Avengers Assemble.
I can't wait for Marvel Studios Avengers 5 & Avengers Secret Wars.
Childhood? Jesus.
@@wrlord lol I know... I was 32
Bro lower your expectations, writer of Dr Strange 2 Michael Waldron is gonna write the Avengers movies.
Marvel is so done atp.
Thank you bro for taking my request ♥️💪
You're welcome :)
a good detail is when you see Tony stretching out because he predicted this moment and created new things for this sole purpose. He knew this is the fight he already foreseen
Back when they had such a clear vision about the overarching plot of these movies... A true golden age.
3:31 Cpt America music 🤣
I need to watch this movie again. Back when the MCU was cool. Infinity War and Endgame was the end of an era.
Thanos is coming for the stones.
and he already had serious stones
"I'm ... going to allow that."
Stark's flip phone
Back when the MCU wasn't cracking a joke every 5 seconds.
the first minute or so is relatively serious. Then we get the MCU banter.
LOL the movie before this was just that. its not like the jokes just suddenly appeared after endgame.
Really? What about the "i swore off dairy" line from Tony?
It was cool when it was subtle but now it’s their whole personality
There is literally a joke every 5 seconds in this video
I read Infinity Gauntlet and Infinity War when they dropped on the shelf... but.. Infinity War and Endgame will probably always be my biggest "Remember when.." moments..
To think Thanos in the comics was doing this to impress a lady. He went from being a simp to trying to help the universe by destroying half of it.
Strange was the only person whose arrogance matched Tony's which is why he's the only one who never hesitated to call Tony out for being a self absorbed douche bag, something no one else had ever done. They never would've admitted it but they were both a lot alike which is why I wished they had more screen time together.
GREATEST. COMIC BOOK MOVIE. EVER.
Ive always been a fan of Hulka Hulka Burnin' Fudge...
I want to have a sleepover at Dr. Stranges mansion :)
Tell me his name again

God, MCU at it's climax. How good were the days. Currently it feels like they continuosly produce GoT season 8 level content.
This feels like movie from another age
Such an amazing movie
Tony : Doc, you wouldn't happen to be moving your hair would you?
Wong : Wait ! He can see us?
Infiniti stones are everywhere Thanos wasted 10 movies looking for somthing that's everywhere
I love that cloak. It's a great character.
I heard it too, idk if they missed it or left it on purpose..
This was back when Marvel had QUALITY WRITERS
"Tony you lost another super bot?"
"Broke up? Like a band? Like the Beatles?"
Boy, Mark Ruffalo got the jokes
03:25 music still gives goosebumps!
What i see is two Sherlock Holmes talk each other
I love how Civil War events were dramatic for everyone, but Bruce put everything on the right perspecive comparing to Thanos menace
I always felt Strange turning to camera for the time stone reveal was overly cheesy and not needed. Camera should have panned on him.
I love this movie
Can you post the scene of Iron Man & Spider-Man boarding Ebony Maw’s ship?
Sure, but can't tell exactly when...
Cool
I would loved to have a scene where Dr Strange meets Vision, and they have some kind of conversation about magic and reality.
The 678 area code in Steve's number is an Atlanta area code, where the movie was filmed.
Too bad they wimped out and used a non-existent prefix. They could've passed the phone around the set of Endgame. Other productions have done that, but I can't remember what.
This is the start of placing all of our eggs into one basket
He should have made the call
I can't believe Hulk turn into this.
0:57 - when Stark says "This is it", we know this is what he has been dreading since the first Avengers came out. All his nightmares in the movies in between, they are all connected fearing this attack, and he's getting ready for his final confrontation. Even in the spaceship he tells Dr Strange that the fight should be taken to Thanos's planet. Excellent character development ever since the first movie came out in 2008.
I don't quite understand why Strange couldn't have just left via sling portal instead of badgering Tony about turning the ship around. (Being on a ship didn't seem to prevent the red dude in Guardians 3 from using similar portals)
@@marks47good point
This should be titled when Tony met Steven.
This is where current Marvel seems to stumble: This scene threw in it's token amount of comedy, to humanise the characters. However, when the true gravity of the situation was realised, that was it. You weren't waiting for the next punchline, but for the next real call to action.
Capt. AS has a North Georgia area code.
Stark was correct. Just destroy the time stone!
Strange: Wong, when you present the stones don't show the time stone....I will do that myself.
god,i love this movie.
if Bruce Banner were to give General Ross a piece of his mind for the Avengers splitting up because some of them won't sign the Sokovia Accords, would Bruce try to be calm without losing his temper after General Ross hunted him down for creating the Hilk by mistake?
Forgot to mention the seventh and eighth stone.
Thanos wouldn't stand a chance against the Phoenix or the Celestials.
But the question is: Who is the Big Banger? It doesn't just happen with no cause.
Next The Multiverse Saga
Errol was always a fan of ice cream
Goddamn, the concept of stakes were kind of thrown out the window after this movie.....
The upcoming fight would have gone a whole lot different if Tony had his army of bots.
Nobody ever talks about Galactus appearing just after Wong says ‘Boom.”
Sucks that they just added this detail to not build anything on it
I slowed it down to 0.25 and I still can’t see what you are talking about.
Put last on timestone
IMHO infinity war is not like others and way way beyond all others.
Did it bother anyone else that they made Banner Child like? I wonder if was meant to be like that because he was the hulk for so long that the hulk was starting to bleed though and also a indication he was going to be able to turn into professor hulk?
Just tried calling Steve Rogers myself and he doesn’t pick up.
What happened after Tony said about Dr Strange hair?
Damn. MCU just soooooooo good
I miss these days man it just seems like they couldn’t miss 2016-2019 was like the peak era
I think Genesis makes more sense.
"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth."
Not "Nothing exploded into something."
why are modern movies always so dark?
At the dawn of the universe there was nothing, and then nothing exploded. Sure.
Cap has an ATL phone number because MCU shoots in ATL?
Actually is 7 stones in comics its in a universe
infinity war movie is so damn good bruh
Hulk was lost. 🤣😂
Wasted opportunity for Tony to say "No shit, Sherlock." to Dr. Strange : ( They could have really put this in somewhere.
The fact that Tony has been walking around with Cap's flip phone in his pocket is quiet telling in itself...
