      @@UniQu3Ly_QU33Ni3 Hi lovely, so sorry I've been travelling overseas and haven't had a chance to take a look at this. The decreases are only on one end and should be as follows: the first decrease will be a combination of sc and sc-blo (insert through both loops, yo, pull up a loop, insert into blo of next st, yo, pull up a loop, yo, pull through all loops), then the next dec will be a sc-blo dec, the rest of the row will be sc-blo. When you come back to that end it's the same process but in reverse so it'll be the sc-blo dec, then the combination decrease. I hope this makes sense! Let me know if you have any more questions :)

When you have stratred with the decreases and is supposed to turn for the third time (where you cut the movie) at 7:09. Hopw ypu understand. Love the video

    • @lucillepearll
      @lucillepearll  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@martajohansson4120 it’s just a repeat of the same process, so all the decreases will be on 1 end, and will be a sc-blo decrease and then a decrease that combines both a sc-blo and a regular decrease, it’s basically just a repeat of everything I show you from 5:34 xx

    can you do this with bigger yarn? I just got a cool multicolor yarn I want to use for a hat that says "bulky". I am a newer crochet-er so I don't know what this all means, but it says to use 8 mm hook and it says "US L-11". It's not a very big yarn just appears bigger than what you have as it is the twisted kind. I'm unsure as a beginner, do you think this would be suitable material for this project?

      @spoon_mitski your chain will end up decreasing in size due to the tension of stitches, as long as it still has some stretch to it, it should be fine - if not it could be that your tension is too tight, you can always try going up a size in your hook if you’re struggling to get a looser tension 🫶
