- How to refill Samsung MLT-D117S SCX-4650 SCX-4655F, SCX-4655FN, SCX-4652, MLT-D117 ML-1640 ML-2240 MLT-D1082S Toner cartridge
Things needed:
-Screwdriver
- 90g Toner
- Isopropyl alcohol
- Chip
- Drum (if the drum of the cartridge is damaged)

i have same toner but u know earthing spring is available on blade and magnet touch ? this spring is important ml1610 toner?

No, I think you have to remove it from other cartridge
Why do you replace the pcb with a new one? Is not it better to reprogram the existing chip (only if you need to do it!)? But why should not it work? I unmounted the empty toner of my laser printer, cleaned and in the process of reassembly. I enter the same pcb and once the black powder has been recharged it will be operational again to print.
I don't know which type of chip do you have. In most of the cartridge the chip is a copy counter, after a certain number of pages it wil stop work.

I have a samsung scx-4729FW cartridge - I can't open it = no screws or tabs - is this possible with this cartridge?
There are plastic tabs, you have to cut them with a knife

Hello, how many times can i refill a original toner? And, if i buy a rebuild toner, how many times can i refill that one??
without replacing anything It could work for 1-2 times, mauy be 3 times. then the drum or the doctor blade will worn out

For Samsung 1640 ELA unit terminal removed, please tell me how to install it. After that my printer shows orange light and red light on then no working. Please tell me how to resolve this.
you have to remove the side panel and the electonic boards and find the hole in which is inserted. Sorry I don't have video on this argoument. I suppose this is not the main problem of you printer, i't difficult to say which is the exact problem without seeing it. the problem may be the cartridge too, since the ELA unit is rrelated to the cartridge
viandant5 thanks for responding, if we didn't place the catering means red light will glow if paper and catrage placed means then green light will glow, if catering empty means red light will glow, this problem is different. 2 second on while on at that time orange colour error light glows and catrage light also glow in red colour later both power switched off that means no power supply flow na

my ML 1640 is not detecing by windows 10 and it says malfunction and the toner is about to finish and red light is blinking rapidly what may be the problem?
Windows 10 does not support Samsung ML 1640

@@viandant5 It does work with Samsung Universal Print Driver 3. I just plugged one into my machine and it automatically recognised it. I didn't have to search for drivers online.
Have you tried Win compatibility mode. Get the driver install file, right-click Properties/Compatibility, and select the era of the driver, eg, use Vista for Vista era driver, etc. Then run the driver install.

You don't need any chip.
The green component is just a fuse.
Make a bridge with thin electric wire from the two sides of the fuse.
And you won't need any chip for life.

You can only change the chip, there is no way to reset it
