Was looking for this comment!! Lisa legit got robbed in pink venom. Her lyrics were so trash compared to jennie and yet Lisa STILL made it work and sound excellent. When we have comparable lyrics for both jennie and lisa, it's clear that Lisa outperforms jennie in the rap department. And now that we have typa girl, we can see clearly that Lisa CAN rap fast. Lisa always gets shortchanged with rap lyrics but still shines so hard. A real powerhouse performer

I always appreciate your commentary. You pick up on so many nuisances in lyrics and music that others miss. For the rap parts, I like Lisa's delivery better, but I like Jennie's lyrics better. Honestly, I feel like they're equally good rappers. It's just a matter of whose flow you prefer.

And yes, YG is the first company to introduce hiphop in kpop.. as you know hiphop was look down upon in korea in the earlier years so people who love hiphop dont really have a place to go... YG incorporated hiphop to its artists songs BIGBANG and rap was included until it became a norm in kpop now... so its more of a cultural appreciation for the hiphop culture since YG is the pioneer of hiphop music in KPOP.
