    @marcidotson2201 16 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

    If I ever get questioned by a detective and his approach was like this I'd automatically get a lawyer and refuse to talk to him, because all the detectives points have no significance with murder, well you said this about this DVD player and now it doesn't match, but that has nothing to do with the murder, so dude qoating my every single word wouldn't get him anywhere

    • @SandraJean.
      @SandraJean. 14 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @marcidotson2201 Hi, there is an obvious connection with the DVD player and the murder. The victim was found with his hands tied with the DVD cord RCA. However, it could connect several devices to the television, which is why it is so important to know the list of your electronic equipment. The fact that there are inconsistencies in the suspect's answers says a lot about his personality and the way he operates. If he is lying or trying to reinvent the story in his favor by omitting incriminating details every 2 minutes, it is reasonable to ask: what else did he lie to us? his credibility is not at its best. Refusing to answer questions because you don't like his approach will probably not help the suspect's case. Everyone at the police station should, in my opinion, speak in the presence of a lawyer, guilty or not. Have a nice day.

    Id be SO screwed if they suspected me, and they checked if i took "too long" to get places, and they asked me about random phonecalls i didnt mention to the same phonenumbers,
    Cos i always do lots of minutes long pocketcalls to the last numbers i rang, ALL the time.
    And i dont realise till days / weeks later, if ever.
    And i innocently do SO many of the things that they always say are suss & "not normal".
    But they are to me,
    like wasting/taking ages between chores,
    Or not answering texts/ calls straight away, just cos i saw it .
    ( Cos i just dont feel like it, or im too busy listening to YT etc,.
    Or wandering around doing nothing when im supposed to have appointments, or meet someone.
    Like telling people "im working/ busy, so i cant stay long." or "i'll come later", or "i cant come".
    ( Cos i dont want to be stuck talking wirh them for ages, or i dont feel like people company, )
    Or not leaving the house till 3:30 pm, when i said i'll leave at 9am.
    ( Cos i havent had a shower & keep putting it off)
    Then like finding something of a partners, & just putting it away in a drawer etc without thinking or remembering to mention it.
    And keeping back things ive done for totally innocent but embarrased reasons.
    ( Going to the chemist, lolly shop, park etc)
    Most of what they call "normal" behaviour, seems to be a very strict idea of how cops act, and how they behave & think.
    I find this SO scary, that your "innocence" in investigations, so future freedom can be decided by very unimaginative cops , that can't imagine that different behaviour is NOT automatically bad behaviour.
    Everyone lies to the cops about something.
    But they always make out like that means you proved yourself dishonest about everything, and capable of anyrhing.
    Which is stupid.

    • @Bettinasisrg
      @Bettinasisrg 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      No they do the same meandering etc but they just say everything is suspicious just to rattle the person and make them look guilty if they don't end up confessing because then they can use that as circumstantial "evidence". One of the many reasons ppl, especially innocent people should request a lawyer. Imagine being at the wrong place or do something innocent that ends up looking bad because it was your friend who was murdered!!?? I am glad guilty ppl talk but dang it's scary if you're innocent.

    6:45 "so far the police haven't heard him make any contradictory\ statements"???? Ummm just because they let him keep talking without addressing it yet doesn't mean they didn't notice...
    How could they not?
    1. He said he fo\und the wallet Monday "at Larry's" and put it under his mattress "because he knew that the cops were coming soon to talk to him (🤔???)they asked before or after work, he said after
    2. Monday he went home immed1iately from work, showered and prepared for dinner (no Larry's ?l no wallet?)
    3. Cop asks if he ate alone, no he ate at his parents his around 7. Did he shower at his parents house? No he showered at his home right after work around 530 or 6, called drug dealers until around 7 and and then ate dinner at his parents
    4. He didn't go to work Tuesday because he was turning himself in . And called out for Wednesday because he thought he was staying for 30 days in jail but didn't call out Thursday
    5. He said he didn't work Tuesday but didn't know he was supposed to go to jail, and he didn't work Monday either.
    6. He did drugs all week and can't remember anything for sure except going to work l Sunday and Thursday afternoon
    I think the content creator is the only one who didn't hear any inconsistencies .. no cop could have missed that it's 6 minutes in and he's made no less than 6 statements all contradictory to each other... It's part of the Reid method of interrogation to humor the suspect, appear to be non judgemental and agree with excuses and accepting ofall the timeline and events that are completely incorrect and just let them dig themselves into a hole before turning the heat up under his ass and getting to the part where all of his statements get used against him...ll

    He is one of those dudes, Who thinks life is so hard, That jail will be easier, There is actually people who do crime just so they can be in an environment where food, Bills, There is no bills unless a Family is being paid back so to speak, There is free dentists, Coz we all know a dentist is both difficult and hard to pay for, There is free health care where as people in America got to work for healthcare, (By the way if America had a NHS, It would be the biggest and best in the world), There is free education in jail, And when you get released you get all the trimmings that you needs, lol, Is there any wonder people don't fear a jail anymore, When inmates are doing scams on Tablets, And can watch movies, Got a TV in your cell as long as you listen and do what the jail tells you to do, When I was in jail in 99, All I had was a little FM radio, And it was 23 hours for the first 6 weeks, I never went back, I only done 6 months, And that was hell enough for me, But I watch docs about jails now, And it is nuts to see inmates with Social Media and their own tablets, Next Oculus will be doing deals with Jails to give inmates VR, lol, One way for an inmate to be free for a few hours, Give em a Quest 3, The Quest 3 is bad ass for Sim Racing by the way, That do make me think though if VR is being used as a tool for those who been in jail since the 90s, Imagine someone who been in jail for the last 25 years putting on a Quest 3, lol, But yeah I feel like this dude just actually wanted to go to jail, For the easier life, As crazy as it sounds, I have known people to go to jail on purpose for the dry out and help for mental health, But mainly to dry out and detox I have known people to go shoplifting to get caught, For the dry out and rehab you can get while in jail, A drug user got to hand in 3 positive for opiates to get a script, And then I seen where the urge is so much the drugs that is used for getting off drugs if that makes any sense lol, But people will sell their script for a bag of gear, There is even people who gets pills they say they is taking only to then sell the script for extra few pound, So I am sure that sort of thing would be universal, The worst one for me is when people buy food stamps that should be going in a child's mouth, And swop drugs with food stamps, Food stamps should not even be a thing in one of the richest Country on this planet, You get people like Trump in power though and he will just sign a bill allowing single Moms who are drug addicts to keep getting their drugs, As long as it makes money, You know it was a Chemist dude who invented spice, Created spice from just four baseline chemical, Nothing happens to him, But those caught selling what he created goes to jail, One of the worst things to happen to the drug world was when in the mid 90s K2 or Spice was created, That should never of been released on the internet the ingredients that most basic chemist can do, Same as the people who created Oxycodone's They knew the misery that will come from the addictive properties, I can't think of anything else that is harder to come off, For some reason withdrawals last for months when you been on Oxy's for a few years, Ask me how I know, I am an ex addict who have gone through withdrawals a few times, And hands down Oxycodone is the worst pain ever, Imagine something worse than actual heroin withdrawals, Heroin withdrawals can start to stop way before Oxy, It doesn't end on Oxy withdrawals, It goes on and on, And oddly enough you don't hear headlines like The War On Drugs Blah Blah, The drugs that is overrun in the streets now is all man made, Synthetics, I use cannabis myself, Like most people alive these days, And the thought of a chemist creating fake THC and it being OK when THC was degraded for years and years with what Nixon called it, I hate that word, Cannabis is what it is called, But creating synthetic drugs that can flood the streets is mind boggling on how people are even aloud to put what it takes to create a synthetic strong ass drug, There is a big huge difference, Spice will and can take your life, In so many ways, I read people have died from driving and flaking out on spice, Where as people don't pass away when they smoke or eat a bit of real THC, I will never understand what the big stink is about Cannabis, I think Cannabis smells bad ass, lol, But yeah I can tell you now this dude just thought F it, I had enough of the outside world, So he just thought F it, I am going to jail for the rest of my life, I am wondering how fast he made himself at home in jail, lol, No more hiding and running from drug depts, Just got to abide by prison rules, And listen to clank clank all your life, lol, I will never understand the type who think jail will be an easier life, Coz there is people just like that, The worst part that stinks is a beautiful life was stolen, My heart goes out to the Family knowing how their beautiful child was dumped like trash, I bet that broke them, I just hope with God's help that the Family is fixing, They say time heals, But for me with Greif, Time don't heal, It just settles the dust, Trick is not to let any bad wind blow up the dust pile again, I feel one day this waster who took this girls life will one day meet someone who is pissed off at people dumping humans like trash, And then Karma come into play, Coz always believe there is a reaction for all of your actions, if you can't take the heat, They don't dish out hot meals, Some people are not built or created to be horrible violent people, But some is, Trick is to stay away from those violent types, Any red flags, Don't go changing the color to what you wants, Again some people will never change, Oh and stay away from people who thinks living in jail is an easier life, lol....

      Why not legalize all plants, then take part of the 3 billion (yes billion) spent every year on the utter failure of the war on drugs and open good rehabs and work programs and let's see what happens in 10 years. Like anything, drugs can save lives or destroy them, food can do the same but we don't make junk food illegal. And if we did then guess what, the junk food industry would explode! Jobs for the anti-junk food agency, prisons, law enforcement etc etc! We created this insane problem by making certain plants illegal so they refined those plants to make money and smuggling easier. Why spice is legal because they change the formula enough to keep it legal, they can't make every chemical formula illegal! It is a mess of our own creation and until we change the record the same song will continue to play. I find it disgustingly ironic that a big saying in rehab is "doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is insane yet that's exactly what law enforcement is doing!!?? Sorry I cannot see if you reply so I'm glad you're in recovery if that's what is best for you.
