Ayush Ghalan (आयुष घलान), playing for Three Star Club in Nepal, is one of the country's biggest hope and talent, at the age of 17 he's already a starter for his club and capped for Nepal's national team.
His playstyle varies between Inverted Winger and Inside Forward and he doesn't position himself neither wide or deep, he prefers to drop back a little to help in the build up. With an interesting dribble and good ball control, playing comfortably in tight spaces, he gets out of pressure pretty well, and since his best attribute is his vision, he can turn the moments where he unbalanced the opposition to supply his teamates, altough his passing needs some work, his chance creation ability is impressive, he might be adapatble to more central areas aswell.

he dwells on the ball too long, needs to practice scanning before the ball gets to him so that he knows where he's going before the ball gets there. From this video he gets the ball and dribbles until he decides, and that won't work when/if he goes to a tougher league or at the international level. He has some good skills to build off of and he's quite young as well. Good prospect.
So true! I think a move to somewhere more competitive would really benefit him, it would definitly help him leave behind some bad habits he has, plus better infrastructures, more specificly the field, would help his playstyle much more, I see him becoming more of an offensive midfielder than a winger in the future.
