BVDBABY1 - No conspiracy mate, most candidates are chosen because they are complete dickheads but make GOOD TELEVISION. THAT is what the show is all about, yes Mr Sugar "gets an apprentice" but the money made from the show more than covers their costs. He can give them a role in which they fanny about but cause no damage. Everyone's a winner

Aright I can understand there were a few flaws in the decisions that Yasmin made but unfortunately Rick was to rushed to stubborn with arrogance always wanting to argue back and never to take his time with customers so I’m sorry but I have to say that the fault was Rick he had to go correct choice. I’m sorry if some of you saying it should had gone the other way that’s tough luck.
He should've been brought back into the boardroom in the first place. I'm glad that Alan Sugar saw the nonexistent logic in bringing Kayode back in and called them all back.
