Good for sticking to your totems brother, I played enhance into beginning weeks of ToCG only to end up quitting game due to frustration overall with the class. I loved the rotation, and the class but there was just too much mish mosh out there on how to gear properly. The earth spirits praise you for sticking to the cause!
What you described about rotation, prio, waiting for a shock. Is exacly what ive been searching for. Checked your stream yesterday, gonna keep checking it. But often you stream when I cant watch And a youtube video is on demand. Great video 5/5 toasters!
As an enhance who never saw Caress drop after doing it since week one, I’m going to try out the WF gear setup. Plus, I’ll be using that gear for arena, so my team doesn’t get mad at me going for DBW. 😊
Great question, my gut tells me no and I'd rather "hold a GCD" and keep auto attacking then instantly send at 5. But maybe in few weeks we will have more logs-data for the sims to analyze and we will have mathematical answers to these type of questions instead of napkin-math feelcrafting that I'm known for!
Shadowvault Slayer's Cloak to your bis lists sims like 5 dps or 10 higher hahaha, maybe if u sim it alot its less or more, anyway wanted to say it might mathematically be better
Thx for the video. For a player that will progress bosses for a bit the sims for "realistic" WF bis seems to sim better (from the shaman discord) than the realistic FT spell power one. I doubt that as an enh shaman I will be high prio on items that warlocks mages priest and druids want but there alot of physical items that basically only hunters want. It seems like for a guild that aim to kill LK within a or just over to prio the physical items over the spell power ones to boost the chances of getting LK HC down. What are you thoughs about it? Hope this was somewhat clear
With DFO spellhance is 100+ dps better than full bis phys with weap swap, and that is with lk10hc weap and 264 belt. Only SP and lock scales better with DFO so should not be too hard to get, and if u go phys ur gimping urself and the guild on every aoe fight like LK.
Loot competition is very real when progressing. If you can get a 277 attack power/physical oriented item or a 258 spellpower one, the 277 physical will probably perform better. This is the thing, you don't need all of your gear to have sp/haste, if you get a solid 277 belt with hit/attack power then that doesn't hurt you at all. The only gear optimization that required you to go "all in" is when you start looking at armor penetration items, these are RARELY an upgrade from 258iLevel items unless you make an entire set focused around them. So, don't worry too much about loot competition. Just upgrade item per item and go by the theoretical bis. An upgrade is still an upgrade and our best in slot doesn't change just cuz your raid comp change.
Perhaps not broken (other classes 4p is even more bananas) but I think we'll stay viable as long as our gear doesn't fall behind our fellow raid members.
wrath enhancement shaman sucks tbc was the best version of enhancement with double windfury but fear not classic cata and mop will be really great for enhancement.

is it ever worth hardcasting LB with 4p tier 10 though?

changing your bis list so you have chest from set and hands from VDW increases your haste by a lot
