    KUMALMA KA LANG
    Mahirap huminga kapag nauunahan ka ng anxiety. Sumisikip ang dibdib mo. Hinahadlangan ng anxiety ang pagharap mo sa mga sitwasyon. Maramdaman mo ang sakit dahil inaakala mo na hindi mo ito kakayanin. Pero AKALA mo lang 'yon. Hindi ito mawawala kung iiwasan mo lang. Kailangan mo itong harapin. Para matalo mo ang anxiety, tratuhin mo ng maayos ang sarili mo. Huminahon ka lang. Imbes na magmukmok ka sa gilid ng kwarto mo, bigyan mo ang sarili mo ng pagmamahal. Isipin mo ang mga bagay na nakakapagpangiti sa 'yo at gawin mo 'yon. Kung magmumukmok ka lang diyan, mas lalong lalakas ang anxiety mo. Bakit? Kapag nakatunganga ka lang imbes na gumawa ka ng aksyon, mas lalong paglalaruan ka ng isipan mo.

      Ang hirap lang yung tipong sasaya kana sir bigla bigla nalang naiisip ko yung ayaw ko. Laging ganito nalang ewan ko may taon na ata. Hirap na hirap na ako

      Npakahirap idol,,Pero Tama ka..mas lalong lalakas ang anxiety kpag mag mukmok ka lng..dahil lalala at dadami ang mga physical symptom at emosyonal,,gaya ng nararanasan ko ngaun..Pero bigla akong nagising dahil sa asawa ko at anak kong bunso ,,na Pati sila pinanghihinaan na dahil sa akin,,Sabi ng anak Kong bunso,bumangon ka papa at lumaban ,dahil kawawa ako Sabi nya,,kaya ngaun ..lalaban ako at kakapit sa mga pangako ng panginoon,,at para sa mga mahal ko sa buhay

    Lumala lang po ung nerbyos ko at ngka anxiety ako dahil po sa pag quit kopo ng yosi dami pla withdrawal symdrome ng pag stop anjan ung balisa nerbyos kaba takot anxiety ang dami as in

    @brainpower2177 sana medyo pakibawasan yung volume ng back ground music, mas maganda sana kung mas mahina pero for me mas prefer ko kung walang BG music mas klaro ko kasi naiintindihan yung mga sinasabi mo pag boses mo lang nadidinig ko. Suggestion lang

    Hi po kua..ang hirap ng pinagdadaanan qOh😔😢dhil nagtrigger ang lht s buhay qOh lalo npo ang sakit qOh sa puso dhil sa anxiety qOh,,sa mga takot trauma nerbyos panic s buhay qOh s icp qOh😔😢ngtake aqOh ng gamot pampakalma pero natigil po..dhil sa wlang sapat n pera pra magpa phsychiatris..dati di nmn po aqOh ganto ung anxiety ung tako qOh sa laht nacocontrol qOh pa po lalo n pg mag isa aqOh,,ngaun ndi n😔😢sobrang nababalot ang isip qOh ng takot at negatibo,,kya ang hirap bigat din s loob sa puso qOh...kung pwede lang po arw arw din kau makausap maging maaus lang ulet itong isip at puso at buhay pananaw qOh mabalik ung dating aqOh ma masigla at ndi takot sobra sa lahat..at panu ulet mging msaya😔😢🙏🙏
