I absolutely love school supplies. It is such a good feeling when you can stock up on markers, post it tabs, and markers/pencils. The label maker is definitely my favorite, you were spot on when you said ”you realize how much you love something when you don't have it.”
I love new supplies! I think my fave each year when I was in school was new pencils and fresh spiral notebooks. That binder is so cool! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for all your homeschool videos, they are inspiring. I have a 9th grader and 2nd year preschooler this upcoming year. I’ve been homeschooling my oldest since her 5th grade year. It’s always fun to see what others are doing and get new & fun ideas. I love homeschooling my girls!
When I was a kid, in elementary school, one of my favorite things was the pencil box and new, fun pencils. My elementary school had a pencil vending machine, and teachers would give out pencils as rewards. I don’t know why, but new pencils were always fun to me! Haha. My oldest daughter has my love for writing and art; so she very rarely goes anywhere without a pencil. I guess it’s genetic. 😂😂
My favorite supply growing up was pens and a new planner for sure! For homeschool I love collecting books over the summer and having a box of “new to us” books to look through and be excited about for the upcoming year

My favorite homeschool item for my little five year old girl, is composition books. I use them for her work pages. She just loves showing her work to her siblings and her daddy. It’s wonderful to have her excited bout her work! Also I use them to show her docs all the amazing things she CAN do in school! She does have Trisomy 21, and these books have wowed everyone!! Love it!!!!
Growing up as a homeschool student I always loved when our curriculum came in the mail. As a homeschooling mom my favorite is curriculum shopping!

I have always loved getting new school supplies, even as a student! My favorites are probably getting new notebooks and binders. I will be looking into those dig-it sets. I think my kids would love that!

With 2 little ones here, the Dig It Up kit looks like a must add to our back to school shopping list. We did the Target dollar spot version today and both kids loved it. The added booklet sounds like fun to learn about what you find inside.
As a kid hands down my favorite school supply was a new Trapper Keeper every year and now it is definitely a tie between having a brand new fresh planner for the year and the Really Good Stuff's Calendar we get every year for our classroom.
I love new pens and pencils, colored pencils, markers, anything like that, something about a new writing utensil gets my creativity flowing!

I really looking 've back to school. My favorite are fresh markers. My daughter loves the 2 in one thing for her homework. This is certainly my favorite time of the year.
I also love paper, pens etc.. I think my favorite supply is my planner I get each year. Of the supplies you showed I really like the boxes, I love label makers, and those eggs with the bugs are awesome. We've done the geology ones with rocks and my kids love them.

I am obsessed with all things school supplies. You would think christmas is my favorite but really ita back to school shoping lol my favorite in this haul was the dig it up kits! Yes for new supplies! My favorite item was markers because my daughter had recently discovered them and is obsessed.
My favorite are new unsharpened pencils. They are really fresh and the eraser unused it makes me see the fresh start that every school year brings.

My oldest son is dislexic which is why we decided to homeschool . His first grade teacher didn't want to help him. The reward stickers work so well to boost a child's confidence. So do patterned pencils and scented markers and coloring pencils.
My favorite supplies are organization container. I love all the supplies and curriculum but they are much more fun when we get to go through them and organize them. Makes setting up our schedule so much easier, especially because I have RA. The more organized I am the better.
This is our first year of homeschooling! We are so excited to get all our supplies. I am in love with the binder that is awesome! My guy loves all things colors ( marker, crayons, paint)

My favorite supplies....probably pens, markers, and notebooks but I am a stationary addict. I am the Mom you see singing and dancing in the back to school aisles with all the cute, colorful, good smelling things I can find piled in my cart!!! Having only a boy left in school has put a dent in my cute factor for school supplies but, hey I need some new supplies too :) Thanks for sharing!!!
Great haul Becky! My favorite item was definitely the 2-in-1 accordion binder! I got the same 50 states book at Target too :-), along with the sharks & sea creatures books. Even though my oldest is only starting Pre-K, I think the states book will be great in a couple of years. I've always loved geography & hope both of my kids do too!
My favorite school supply has always been college ruled marble notebooks. Just love writing in those!
I love "back to school time". Those are the only pencils I will buy after two years of homeschooling, they are the best! My sons love those Dig kits too.

Awesome haul! We don't homeschool, but school supplies are my favorite!! I love all the little accessories that aren't on the school supply list. Pencil grips and toppers, sharpeners- that sort of thing!
I also wanted to mention that we raise monarch butterflies! It's the neatest thing and would be perfect for your bug unit! This is our third year and our girls get so excited when June rolls around and it's time to go hunting for eggs! We raise them from egg and then release them when they hatch from their chrysalis. All you need is a butterfly habitat- we bought ours on amazon. It's fascinating to watch them grow and develop into butterflies! We also have a book by Carol Pasternak on how to raise monarchs for kids that has a ton of pictures and is a great companion and teaching tool. And we also do a devotional series each summer on our caterpillars and how Jesus transforms our lives! I could talk about monarch butterflies all day long, so if you're interested in raising them- I would be happy to share some more resources that really helped us when we were first starting! :)

One of my favorite homeschool items is having different fun erasers. My three boys like getting them, They try to keep them and see what they have at the end of the year. They also use them;).
I love new school supplies. It is like christmas too me, lol! I love smencils and now walmart was carrying crayola twistable colored pencils in fun scents. I have kiddos with sensory needs and these are a fun motivator!
I always, still do, love a new box of crayons! I love the smell, and before they are used, how they are all pointy, and look the same!
