New Traffic Light at Powderhouse Rd and E Carlson St (Cheyenne, WY)

A new traffic light was installed at E Carlson St and Powderhouse Rd for Coyote Ridge Elementary School. My only two wishes: 1) Advanced PED signal. 2) PED scramble phase. Other than that, this light functions well and even helps people with vision complications.
This was filmed on September 23rd, 2024, shortly before school in LCSD1 started.
