18:45ish....Kezza repeating herself may be a need to get some "echo-location" or feedback/mirroring, whatever words fit for you. In order for me to move on I need to know I've been heard. My partner has learned how important it is to repeat back what he's heard me say. He hates doing it (says it feels fake) but the difference in the quality of our communication is huge. If what he repeats isn't accurate we are still stuck. When he can mirror it back ACCURATELY, I feel heard and I can move on.
