Removing coffee is also imp to the infertility (tried in my case )...as in summer take lemon water ,juice home made ....adv by a doctor 🙂

Dear, please ask the shopkeeper for the percentage of white flour in the soya, which is there to bind the soya.Or rather use soya chunks or granules.Thank you.
U have left coffee but u will notice difference after few weeks. As ayurvedic meds r slow but they are definitely effective. Stay strong

Hello Sam lovely recipe.. I made soya chaap at home today with soyabean chunks and aata. It was good but only issue it still smelled of the soyabean . Is there any way by which we can get rid of the smell. I fried it in little oil as well before putting it into the gravy but it didn’t help with the smell. Any suggestions please

I just want to tell you that These soya chaaps are made up of Maida , so these are not at all protein substitute . Instead of this you can eat nutrella soya chunks , they are high in protein . ❤❤
