Ok simple life...what a pleasure...I have recently purchased what is for me a nice welder and have been researching DYI carts for my first personal project...I have seen dozens if not over a hundred ideas on TH-cam... Man thanks for the pleasure, I like what you shared...My cart will accommodate 2 tanks...
I just made a weld cart for my machine and it's quite similar, but I didn't get around to mounting slides for the pull out drawer. I'll take this as an inspirational sign to get back to it, lol. Nicely done.
Cart looks great, but you might think about putting an edge rail around the bottom shelf. I have found I like mine much better after putting one on mine. As you roll around and things slide off, you will appreciate a rail keeping that from happening. Great use of things you have on hand too.
@@Simplelittlelife That works too. I'm debating on making another cart to hold two units. I may just go with a cheap China Freight toolbox and modify to hold the gas bottles. I like how you locked your bottle in too, very clever and a lot cleaner than a chain. Cheers
Работал в разных фирмах и всегда удивлялся , что у "буржуев" культура производства выше, чем у нас, россиян. Правда не у всех, но в большинстве случаев. А это очень важно. Влияет на качество .
Jeremy, Bad-ass cart man. Your videos have inspired me on a few levels to try and learn some skills I never thought I would. Currently working on making a 2x72 grinder pedestal and VFD mount. Keep up the good work.
I like the thick square tubing that you used although I only have a cheap AC welder that barely melts 2mm 6013 electrodes My welder is made by parkside
Hi, I really like this welding cart! I would like to built one for my welding machine, do you have a sketch with measurements to recreate it? Thanks in advance and greets from Germany 🍻
Well done dude very nice congratulations. I would like you to tell me what color you used at the top where you scratched it with your finger at 17.14. And it looks relief thank you !!!
My name is Spyros I am from Greece And I live in London and I forgot to tell you I want to paint speakers And it has exactly what you painted the relief in black At 17.14 and again thank you!!!
Interested in learning to weld. What are the details of that respirator? Is there a certain spec I should be looking for, and what is your opinion on how well they work?
If I don't have an angle grinder or bandsaw can I cut through 3/16 tool steel with a hacksaw? It was difficult enough with 1/8 inch mild steel so I'm not so sure how it would go. (Also I got tinnitus for a few days because my safety glasses broke the seal of my hearing pro. but that's a story for another day lol)
What kind of rocker panel coating was that? I couldn't read the brand name. I'm building a box for the bed of my truck and that stuff looked like some durable stuff!
My favorite part was where you super-maned that cart. THE-BEST - In fact...I’ve never seen you and Superman in the same room at the same time. Coincidence? 🧐
That would be nice. It’s weird because I know channels with less than 100k subs and 1/10 the video views and they got sponsored. I called them up and they don’t even get back to me. Oh well. I think it’s time for Jimmy’s route and paint everything so no one gets represented 😆
I’ve had wood work tops in my garage for over 20 years and they last just fine. And this being rubber coated for non-slip is going to make the wood last even longer.
6:22. Do you have a death wish?! Really, you demonstrate almost everything one should NEVER perform on a table saw. That's some crazy dangerous stuff you're doing. 6:26 Pulling the piece through with the saw running. Freehand cross cutting. And the absolute cringe worthy third "technique" at 6:56 standing a board on edge pushed into the saw. Folks, the welding cart build is nice but please, I beg you, NEVER do this stuff on a table saw. EVER!
This steel used to be a workbench. Now it’s a welding cart. That’s recycling. And based on your comment I know it’s better than what you could make. Enjoy commenting on videos of people actually doing stuff from your mommies basement couch.
“SIMPLY” The BEST so far 👍🙋🏽♂️
Thank you!

Thank you so much for the kind words and thank you for watching! I hope your build goes great! 👍
8 people wanted an all metal construction. I did only I hit the thumbs up button.
I love watching you make anything, you craftsmanship is phenomenal. Thanks for making these videos.
Thank you so much, I really appreciate that. And thank you for watching!
Something very satisfying when a simple object is over-engineered!
Hahaha! When you don't really know what you're doing, overkill is that safest way to build 😆👍
Simple Little Life well, you pulled it off and made it look really nice
Nice work Jeremy. That bottle strap is super cool
Thank you.

Right on! Thank you. I have been working on this for 3 months (on and off) though. So I guess there’s that part of it. 😆👍
Super clean project. I need to make one of these for my everlast tig welder
Super gemacht und seht schon dokumentiert. Danke!!

I made the bottom platform tentatively for my mig welder to go on. It sure if I’ll commit to that but I wanted the option. 👍

Nicely done! Cool little details that will make it a pleasure to use.
Thank you👍
Every Chanel I subscribe to seems to build a welding cart eventually. You're winning J. Nice build. Thanks for sharing.
Работал в разных фирмах и всегда удивлялся , что у "буржуев" культура производства выше, чем у нас, россиян. Правда не у всех, но в большинстве случаев. А это очень важно. Влияет на качество .
I will say one thing. You can weld very good. No bubble gum sticking. From a old welder. Your videos are great . Jeremy.
Nice cart, simple but effective
Thank you!
Great welding. Are you using gas in your MIG?
Thank you. I am running gas. Cheers👍
Perfect, I'm going to try and copy your cart,BUT, where did you get that conduit bender,? I haven't seen one since the 1970's. Awesome.
That's an awsome cart! Great job!!!
Thank you 👍
Nice work. I’m about to build something similar so thanks for sharing!
You can building anything when you have the right tools . 👍👍👍

Nice build...I really enjoyed that! Glad to see you making things again!
Thank you so much. I appreciate that 👍
Very nice build, the way you make things is text book and it’s great to see 👌🏽👌🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It has given a great idea, good job. Greetings from Spain
Right on! Greeting back at you from Canada 👍
Like the design, very cool!
Sweet build! That tank security strap with toggle lock 😍 brilliant!
Gasflasche mit Klemmhebel gesichert. Genial
Really neat build, I also liked the bottle strap idea. What welder will call this home?
Thank you! My new tig machine 👍
Great video, nice work. I always look forward to your videos, thanks.
Thank you 👍
Nice work 👍
Good job!👍
Any rough guess on the total weight of your finished cart? Looks real slick! Your vid was an inspiration...especially the wheels!
Very good 👍👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Amazing build
Me gustó, está chingona la dobladora de tubo está súper.saludos
What is that bender? At first thought conduit pipe bender .. where does one find one of them nifty tools
I am not sure. I picked it up at a garage sale last summer for $2 and this was the first time I used it. Works quite well.
Its cool I personally like old tools . I also enjoyed yourbuild
Nice perfect work
I like the thick square tubing that you used although I only have a cheap AC welder that barely melts 2mm 6013 electrodes

Nice little cart 👍🏼👍🏼
Final demo without welder itself installed is little strange. Also how will be cables managed?

It’s under-coating for vehicles 👍
Bro! QUALITY work. Reminds me of Diresta's stuff. 🤙
Thank you. Jimmy is a genius in how he uses his tools, knows them, and how well he know the materials. I could watch him make stuff all day long 👍
@@Simplelittlelife I agree 100%
Nice work!!
Thanks Sean 🙏👍

Good luck sir 👍🤝 indonesia 🇮🇩
Cool Build.. Digging the makers stencil ... where did you have it made? Thanks
Nice job. I want to get some of those hold downs you used for the bottle. What exactly are they called? Thanks
Thank you. Those are toggle clamps. 👍
Simple Little Life cool thanks

On this occasion, excellent build !
😎🇦🇺🇦🇺🤘👍👍
How about making some kind of stand for that pipe bender...
Awesome cart, though. It gave me something to think about for mine!
Awesome

Nice rummage find on that pipe bender!! What brand is that I've never seen one like that?
Thanks! I don’t know. It’s packed away in totes again and I don’t remember the brand. It was a great $2 spend for sure 😀👍
@@Simplelittlelife If I found correct item then yours may be an Holsclaw Bros or Imperial Handy gear driven tube bender. Quite clever tool.
Great job, thanks for sharing!
Diresta style... I like it.
Super ton chariot mec bravo .👀👍
Nice....
Thank you!
Incredible how similar it looks to homesteadonomics welding cart
Common Jeremy, be honest. The main reason you made this is to 16:52 all day long to relax the back ache. Gotcha 13:30 Awesome build.
Hahahaha! You know it buddy! Thank you 👍
you only have black color at home ??
Has the wood-ish material caught on fire yet?
I suspect since it is more glue than wood you should be fine.
My favorite part was where you super-maned that cart. THE-BEST - In fact...I’ve never seen you and Superman in the same room at the same time. Coincidence? 🧐
Hahaha! Thanks Brian 👍
Where are all of your free lincoln welders? Your beads actually look like beads! 😆

Nice
Keren pisan euy 👌👍
enjoyed your video, but why did you call it recycled materials?
Because the steel used to be a work bench I had and the wood was the deck of an old treadmill 👍
good work..dimensions please?
Thank you. I don’t have any. I just made to it fit my welder.
Top 👏👏
Thank you.
😍 good.
Трубогиб мне понравился, жаль у нас не продаётся.
You still bullet journaling?
Yes 👍

This one will most likely tip over if nudged due to the frame being too narrow.
Nope, it won’t. But hey, if you ever actually built something instead of pretending to be an expert, you would know.

I prefer all metal, don’t like wood pieces. Usually don’t last

@@Simplelittlelife maybe you’re in a dry area! At the Caribbean wood swells and rots
Yeah I could see that for sure. We are really dry where I live.
Ah, skills...
Прихватки ставил не совсем правильно, не учитывал в какую сторону будет тянуть сваркой металл.
Досмотрел до конца Сделал бы лучше и качественнее.
10-ти кратный запас прочности у тележки, лишний расход металла.

You can’t make a welding cart without showing the welder on it
I can and I did.
Its a basket cart not a welding cart 🤔🤔
