One might beat him at rifling but he can beat you in awping, team play, positioning, etc. He's known for being consistent not being a specialist.

What tap crouching actually does is help you peek angles and shoot quicker. Its a peekers advantage technique (although yes, it does throw off angle holders). Primmie is mechanically one of the best player tho, its more about his reaction time and aim. His movement is perfect in terms of shooting as he basically shoots the millisecond he can get first bullet accuracy off of movement. He really is a step above aspas most of the time in this aspect, but obviously aspas is a better overrall player.
