I’ve sewn and gifted a ton of these. I cut my stride 5 3/4 inches wide and then box the 4 corners about 1/2 inch. It makes a neater final product. I also zig zag the sewn edges before turning to prevent fraying. It’s best to assembly sew a bunch at one sitting. It saves on construction time.
Great video, nice and clear instructions. I've been making them recently and I like to watch videos to pick up additional hints / tips. I like the idea of trimming the seam after sewing. Thanks x
They are very fast but they look so professional. I thought I would need to sew binding on it so I was glad to see it’s not binding as such 😊. They’re useful gifts that will be used I’m sure. Thanks x
HI Ronda..I got the tissues at our $$ store. There were 8 pkgs for $1.25. I love these. I made 5 dozen of them for the ladies at my church last year for Mother's day. They all loved them.
Ronda, I am a beginner, and you just taught me how to start with little projects....thanks for sharing this wonderful video, although I see you recorded back in July 2018.....well, better late than never....Have a wonderful holiday!
08-15-20: This is so adorable, Ronda, and will make great stocking stuffers or just cause gifts! I love it and can't wait to make a few of them tomorrow. TFS!!
Or to hand out at a wedding, using lace on top of the top fabric. ( 3 pieces of fabric total, just stitch lace to material you'll be using as your outside piece first, and then just add your inside piece)
Ronda, I made several of these and they turned out beautiful! Did you make an eyeglass case video? I thought I saw it but now can't find it! Thanks for your easy patterns!
I really don't know Ann...depends upon your area, the fabrics you use, the type of fair you're selling at, etc. Look them up and see what others are charging??

That was so fast and easy Ronda! I would love to coordinate this with one of the mini journal covers. TFS
You read my mind Thilda!! I have made some that are coordinated...and if you want to really go all out, make a set of coasters that match!!!

Le misure del tessuto?
Five below sells 8 for $2.50
Love it. How do I do without sewing and wanted to use the Louis Vuitton canvas I have from an old bag , trying to Upcycled
I'm sorry, but I only have sewn mine...I'm not sure they would work well with just gluing...good luck though!🤗
