The full items of anti heals used to be 60% but they nerfed them down i think after they "nerfed" healing across the board or slightly before in prep for that round of changes. I think and i could be wrong about this, the only things that still have the 60% reduction are certain champs themselves: kled q when you yank people back, katarina ultimate, singed in his ultimate mode, and i think a few others all still might have the 60% anti heal but i could be wrong they may have nerfed those
WW top is a guilty pleasure in norms for me, I don’t play him often. The biggest counter to a WW top is waiting. So many WW players are hung up by their own petard.
