Just one of those things, but I've always had an interest in Wasilla. I live in Ohio, and will never make it there. I live there through your videos. I have a belt, and some leather goods from Diamond D Leather in Wasilla. I cherish them. If you find time, could you just show Diamond D sometime, just so I can see it? I'd sure appreciate it. Keep on shoppin'! I'll be watchin'! 😃
Hello there! I actually called them and requested to go inside a few days ago. I was told to call back next week and check in with the owner...! I will get there! I thought it would be fun to go inside too!! I didn't forget about you, I actually tried to do a tour!! I am calling the owner back this upcoming week... crossing my fingers. If not, we can drive by for you
Enjoyed the video. I like that you give a history lesson of the area and of Alaska in general. Learning so much. Very nice shops, wasn't expecting that.
I lived in Wasilla for 3 years in a cabin ! Me and my grandkids walked to Wasilla Lake (very close to the cabin) unfortunately I only lived there 3 years but have wonderful memories! Thank you for this Video ❤
Hi!!! I LOVED this video!! I always enjoy the history lessons! They are great!! As soon as you walked through the door, it felt like a group of stores at a place I believe is called The Red Barn in Shipshewana Indiana. It’s an Amish area with a lot of Amish stores. So the things for sale in both are different, but set up remarkably the same!!! So good to visit with you today!! Happiness always!! 💜
Thanks for sharing another video. Wasilla looks like a neat place and looks like they have some cool places to shop and some interesting things to do there. Today it reached 42 degrees in Northeast Alabama.
After your salt therapy, head over to Hydrate Alaska and have one of the Palin girls juice you up. I’m not into needles. Just sayin’. But, true hydration is worth it. Then, swing by Wholy Living and see Margarett for some Keegan water.
Thanks for the history lesson. I guess I’m going to order some decals from the Alaskan Chicks store. Lots of these stores are online I see. Rather get real AK goods right from the state directly. Looking for the right t shirt. I like moose but none in Florida. I like what the one soap stated. Don’t jerry-rig yourself.😂 We have salt lamps. I have COPD. Do they need to be replaced ever? Thanks for the history recap. I mentioned the weather in other video. Oreo ice cream for me! Till next time. Sure, another tour would be good.
Funny, I thought of you when I learned about the salt lamps ...said to myself Larry needs one of these!!! I had a few viewers say they work Something to look into ..I don't always trust the medication the pharmacies make ..
Yes...here in the Northeast mountains of Georgia...just has almost finished melting after 5 days...lol...hope that is our yearly quota...we are not used to that at all!
I have my eyes on that blue colored coffee mug to the right of the one you were looking at. Is there a way to order those online and have them shipped? I was checking out Bob C's Pottery Instagram and Facebook and didn't see a way to do that. Just wondering if the stores sell online.
Hey there! I have not forgotten about your request. I can't find any phone number for that shop anywhere!! ( with the blue mug) I am so sorry.... I tried! I would think they would have a number? Oh well. Sorry!!
@ I appreciate you looking. No need to apologize, you already did more than enough. I will just admire the mug from a distance, haha. I also tried the ginger chews you like so much and they are delicious, I tried the lemon and the blood orange, both equally delicious. Thanks again!
I liked that sticker that said my life is a little cooler. I would love to visit that store. It has something pretty and interesting things in there
Yes, we had so much fun....only bought ice creams though ...one day I want to return to get that coffee cup!
