For question no.2 - Physical attraction is important in a marriage. But if the person is not attractive to you, why did you waste 2 years of that person’s time? Very unfair. Imagine the heartburn she will have after assuming this is a committed relationship when you choose to end it for no fault of hers. If you don’t like her looks, the very first time you met her, you should have politely ended it. Now to think about her looks AFTER she has emotionally invested in the relationship for 2 years is horrible.

There is so much we can do to make things better so much potential in our market but its all useless with the kind of Boomer Management we have. Have you travelled to India?
      1) No hassles at immigration; 2) dunno about porter services; 3) taxi services by Uber or Ola and half a dozen others no problem, or if you want to be perverse and dodge expenses, the airport buses are superb (talking about Hyderabad and Bangalore, and I'm sure all the others have such services also; 4) Police - not a problem; 5) NO SALT AND PEPPER !
Wish you would travel. It remains a mystery to me (disclaimer: I am NOT a bhakt, not a Sanghi) why every eligible Pakistani does not become an Indian citizen.

I can relate to the situation traveling to Pakistan to meet family and friends. My wife is European and we live in the US with a nearly 4 year old. The last time I went to Pakistan I had to have a visa for my wife. The problem with that was that we were stopped at all checkpoints and made to register in registers instead of on a computer which is less time consuming. Even she was getting suspicious as to why she was being singled out. This was 5 years ago so I am assuming there might be a slight improvement. Finally just recently I got her a POC so that the visa issue never pops up again. Since she is married to a Pakistani she is entitled to a POC as a foreign spouse. My son and I both have NICOP. I don't know if this information will be helpful for anyone. One thing note here is that I am taking my son to Pakistan for the first time in January next. There is plenty of excitement but a cautious one :) Love everything you do. Thank you

Once my husband and I had kids, YOUR exact point is why we stopped enabling family members taking luxrious vacations and expecting expensive gifts. Every penny we spent on the nikamme family members we were taking away from our future and our children's future. Wait till you hear about the itinerary from Vancouver to Islamabad :) ... a solid 2 days of travelling! We had to catch either Qatar Airways or Emirates from a different city in North America, to Dubai and or Doha, and finally to Islamabad. It's a little better now because of Turkish Airlines. Previously, we had to change 3 planes to get to Islamabad. Now it's 2 stops thanks to Turkish Airlines coming to Vancouver in 2021. I also had a very similar experience from Doha to Islamabad, the very first time I travelled to Pakistan back in 2015. I was traumatized, embarrassed and incredibly exhausted. I saw one of the women, pee in their seat of the plane. I was also on a Visa at the time because Nadra would not issue me an ID card, although I was born in Pakistan. My entire family applied online and received their ID's but Nadra denied me. I was not adopted and my Birth Certificate is Pakistani. Not going to lie, I will probably never travel back to Pakistan every again, INSHALLAH! They damaged my bag in front of me on my way back home, which I had bought 2 days prior. Entering into Pakistan with a Visa was a different story as well. Worst travel experience of my life.

I heard so many horrible stories off people not allowed to board/stamped passport unless you give them money at the Airport.

Porters r like a mafia at Karachi airport .. I did not take a porter twice to avoid the harrasemt that u go through for money .
So first time when I did not take a porter they made me miss my flight on purpose I guess because they starting opening meray shaan ka masala . Second time they made me put my lugguage for scanning many times to exhaust me to a point where I left my pocket book somewhere losing gold worth of $10k , passport and 2k cash.
    They r so messed up

I thoroughly enjoyed this podcast. It is indeed exhausting to travel internationally. I last traveled to Pakistan in 2016. Finally my family has agreed not to request me to travel in 2025.
In regard to the guy who wanted to Mary but suddenly realized he is not attracted to the lady in question. You are right after first meeting you can understand that the lady in question is not appropriate for him, indeed he did he drag it out for so long. However health issues are relevant. A proper disclosure should be made before any time elapses. If an illness comes up after you are married, that is just bad luck but before marriage if you know of an illness in your prospective partner, ask yourself if you are willing to take on the challenge or not. This should be sorted out in the early stage of friendship. Ethical disclosures should be made right away. Less heartache later.
Rheumatoid arthritis is a very debilitating disease with no perfect cure, when it flares up, it is extremely painful. A friend of mine found out her prospective partner is bipolar. She politely turned him down. She said she rather be single than walk into this life long challenge. He eventually got married and from his Facebook posts seems to be happy . I am glad for him but my friend is even more happy. She got married to a wonderful person herself. My point is one should not feel compelled to bear the health challenges of others. There should be a choice, timely disclosure is a must and ethical.

Junaid sometimes when I watch your videos I feel your pain, anger and resentment at the illiteracy of the Pakistani people, their behaviour and condition today. Unfortunately they have been brought up since 1947 in an atmosphere of lies, hatred, misogyny, vague laws and practices in the name of religion, imposition of undemocratic rules, massive rampant full scale corruption from the top to the botttom, reliance on foreign aid and charity, discrimination within the people of country by each other forget the Hindus and Christian minorities they have been reduced to nothing. I fail to understand how change and progress can come to this place. I end here as even the divine cannot help those who dont want to change and help themselves. Keep up your good work.

Are you mad because the pti minister revealed the fact that pia pilots have fake licenses or that they actually were flying with fake licenses. Somehow your logic is flawed here. For someone who comes across with such high moral standards you should be mad at pia for not checking the licenses of their employees (pilots).

I don't think you understand his point. Honesty doesn't work in international politics or business. If you think you got a problem, deal with it silently. You can't just tell everyone we got a problem. If these politicians are so honest why don't they come in front and tell everyone the amount of money they have taken from the public.

You're talking about taking a direct PIA flight to reach Europe in 7 hours? It takes PIA more than 10 hrs to reach Islamabad from Dubai. In the last 4-5 months, PIA has been having issues with payments, and having canceled flights or 6-7-hours delays is common.
When I visited Pakistan 2 months back, by the time we should have already boarded the aircraft as per schedule, there wasn't even a person at the PIA check-in counters. No SMS or email...just the general display board saying "delayed". Around 2 hours after the flight should have already taken off as per schedule, the first person arrived at the counter and told us that the plane had been delayed from Multan. 25 minutes after that, I saw the plane still taxing in Multan on Flightradar24. It was another 4h15 mins before we departed. So, I arrived at the airport 3 hrs before departure, the flight took off from Multan after another 2h25mins, a further 4h15 mins before we were ready to board at the gate, and a further 30 mins because PIA decided to weigh all hand-carry before boarding and collect fines. It was a 3h 20m flight to Islamabad. So, from airport to airport alone took me 13 hrs 30 mins on PIA to go from Dubai to Islamabad. The return flight took off at 10.12 AM instead of 01.50 AM, and we weren't informed until we reached the airport.
I will take a connecting flight over PIA any time of the day or night.

I travelled from London to Malaysia, SIngapore, Maldives etc which are all near Pakistan travelling on 14 hr direct flights since from lahore airport travel is really hectic. Kahan jana, kyon jana, kahan se aye, kitne paise hain, ap chor hain, yeh family wale kon hain, shaadi kyon nahin ki, kahan se parhe, bag kholo if student bla bla bla. 12:00. Travelling from London is super easy, no bags loading onto various belts (I have lower back issues so that is also an issue in Pakistan). Went to abu dhabi and turkey from pakistan and immigration officers asked wapis kyon aa rahe on a visit visa lol. I said aur kahan jana. Airline Virgin atlantic wali madam kehti jee visa gum hogya UK ja kar to kya karein gay. Negative attitude bhara hoa because domestic lives are f*k

I don’t understand why with a queue number they can’t wait for their turn. Then once you land in Pakistan gosh the harassment I’ve had at the airport. Travelling alone as a foreign female looking like a Pakistani isn’t easy for sure.

Thankfully his brother-in-law was working at the airport. He bought the mobile phone back as he was aware who can do this 😂

As a Pakistani, you always believe that its the best country on Planet and you promise yourself to return once accomplishing sth abroad. However, the moment you land in a foreign country and witness the life there, you stop to think- how fucked up our people are to have ruined their own home. Its such a disaster to know that nothing has changed and probably nothing will, God forbid. Its heart wrenching to experience this every time you think about your motherland.
