Watched it only and only for you Samina ma'a..... Love you so much....You are an incredibly great women.....I loved your words of wisdom in the end....I have lost my mother.... Your positivity grace intellect reminds me of her....There is not even a single show of yours that I have not watched....In between my PhD work your wonderful works make me feel so happy and rejuvenated ...Love to you ma'am...khuda Hafiz..
Samina perzada is amazing , I love the way she advised her in the end. And yes it made me cry too , when she said “”danto gi tu Nahi.. You are not only the host , you play role of a psychologist... The problem solver . I love your personality, Allah bless you .
I have gone through the same struggle with my Mum.It takes time. what a good advice Samina gave to Hina. My mum was a baby to me and i used to look at her with love that feelings was amazing. My Mom passed away one month ago 😢😢😢😢 Missing her heaps

Samina pirzada has ended up the conversation with such a great advice which I actually was thinking is missing in the guest's life and someone should tell her that with all her struggle story in the end mother deserve her complete attention. There are surely ways and human psychology to understand and act accordingly. Wish you all the best hina. Ma'am Samina you're so sophisticated 😍.
'M' you don't understand because you haven't been through that which she had to go through with her mentally ill abusive mother, you don't know how extremely painful that is mentally, emotionally & also physically for the child getting beaten up and shown hate by the mother who is the most precious person for every child. The child deserves better, it damages and hurts so much you cannot imagine. One cannot bear to see their beloved mother suffering in mental illness -that is painful itself apart from being abused by the same person you love the most. People don't understand what you've been through and make it worse. I have been through what she has suffered & i'm her new fan after watching this interview. It doesn't matter anymore if people cannot comprehend this extremely painful situation and the struggle.
Sharain Gardezi I agree 100% with you Sharain. You cannot sympathize with a mentally person who has no idea of what relationships are.Nobody can be a mother ,father, sister , brother, husband, son and daughter of a mentally sick person. You can only acknowledge their disease and give them respect for it.
😢😢😢😢😢May Allah swt give Hina Altaf’s mother recovery from her illness, Ameen!! I also have a brother who has schizophrenia so I completely understand what Hina is feeling. Such a strong girl and very well mannered. I liked it how she kept calling Sameena ji mam. Bless her
It made me cry jab Samina ne kaha " daantogi tou nahi" . Hina try to get into as much as can with your parents. ONE LIFE...ONE CHANCE...ONE OPPORTUNITY.....and....ONE PARENTS.
A heart warming interview. The Struggles and hardships that hina went through are really inspiring. God bless her teacher/guru also. And such a beauuuutiful conclusion and closing notes by Samina peerzada. Really marvellous. Much much respect for her. God bless.
Hina hats off to you being so honest about your life story .. I can totally understand what you went through .. my own life was pretty much like that .. my earliest memories involve endless fights and physical violence .. you did the right thing by putting distance between yourself and the toxicity in your life .. good on you!

Fall in love completely with this episode ❤️ one of the most realistic shows based on human behavior and their conclusion love it how such glamorous people have spoken their heartout with a great dignity ❤️
Excellent piece of advice i said this to my mother last night...i m your ammi now and she smiled 😊 kal samjh nahi aya tha aaj samjh agaya....or parents chahtay bhi yehi hain k hum unka wesay hi khayal rakhain jesay unhon ne rakha tha....thank you maam samina for making us understand such a simple formula of life ❤❤❤❤
Samina though your interviews are meant to bring out your guests personalities and their journey but it is always your compassion and kindness that shines thru the most . Loved it .
It’s such a success that people are endorsing these new channels and these topics. Mental health is not something to hide but to explore and be aware of... It is high time to research and be aware of these so give space to everybody.
my daughter take care of me very very beautifully... she say mum now i am yr mummy and i will handle the things...MAY ALLAH GIVE HER SUCCESSFUL HAPPY PIOUS LONG LIFE.. INSHAALLAH...
She needs to spend six more months with Dr. Alam to work on her issues with her parents. I know it's easier said than done, but she seems very strong and full of energy to take this challenge.
Beshak dilon ka sakoon Allah k zikar mai hai Hum musalmano ka yahi almia hai k sakoon dunya mai dhoondhtay hai jab k hamari rooh ka sukun Allah k zikar mai hai . Agar Allah k qareeb ho jaye tu hamri rooh ko sukoon milay ga aur jab rooh pur sakoon hogi tu zindagi pur sukoon.. I appreciate her that she took support from someone and she has focused on her fitness but the main thing that is missing is Deen in life ..if deen comes in our life everything will be meaningful. She mentioned that life is gratitude 🙏 laikin shukur guzari kis ki ? Allah ki shukur guzari.. dil dharakna tu Allah k hukum say hai .. I am not judgmental here but I want to say k hum musalman hai aur ye baat yaad rakhnay wali hai . End mai jo advice samina mam nay d ye tu Allah ka hukum hai. Very glad to hear that from her ✌️ May Allah bless her mother with good health
Bestest interview ever. Listening to hina was listening to myself and my current life....shes a fighter and i m warrior. We both are same in our own ways and strong as ever now.
The best thing about this show is that it brings the best and the real persona of the guest. Kudos to the host, Sameena mam. Hina, I liked your analogy of small things with philosophy of life. I particularly liked how you defined 'life'. And that comment on how some women enjoy sympathy. Spot on. Best of luck!
Inspiring life she lived ,any girl from middle class family in Pakistan can relate to her , Sad how people have misunderstood her ,she had to take space from her family to bring best of her she was getting drain there not because she is selfish or anything because she cared way to much and was not able to bear all that .taking space out from her house give her chance to bring out her best by which she is able to help her family better instead of appreciating her and understanding her problem we are calling her selfish ,Only she knows what she was going through and the disorder schizophrenia is very painful for the loved ones ,she was to young her self to help her mother .God bless her .
This is not inspiring. she wants freedom to do things. Criticizing her own parents. Allah farmata ha aur apnay maa baap ko uufff tak na bolo chahay vo kesay he q na hoo. ager maa bemar thee tu aus ka sath khari hoti.
First one needs to take care of oneself to take care of others. Certain traits 1 also gets by getting born to those parents. She was lucky & had will persistence to come out of the pit where she could have gotten affected by those traits. Now that she has secured herself she can help her parents
What an amazing interview. Hina you are brave enough to tell the truth. I love Samina ji the advice you have given to her about forgiveness and to handle old parents.
Yet another amazing episode of Speak your mind. I'm so happy to see young ladies coming out and giving a no holds barred interview.... Bravo Hina Altaf. You are a courageous and a bold person, who has taken timely control of her life. May Allah give you strength to make peace with your mother. Samina has given you very sound advice. I second her advice. God luck for your future endeavours.
Amazing story! What a strong girl! Not everybody has a courage to find solutions for their problems. Especially in patriarchal societies, where independence of women is looked down upon. I have a feeling that Hina is not telling the whole story of her emotional abuse at the hands of her parents, fearing backlash from the judgemental society and Internet trolls. An inspiring story nonetheless ! Kudos!

I think this interview is extraordinarily graceful due to a lot of reasons 1. Hina Altaf ...... An innocent & beautiful face of the industry and Her work is very decent. 2. Samina Aapa ........
It’s samina pirzada,s inner beauty , her kind and loving nature which shows on her face ,that’s why she is so beautiful. Today,s episode was awesome just because of the way she listened that girl,s agony and pain she has suffered through her life and when Hina was done sharing her story then she advised her in such an impressive and motivating way . Samina ji you are great
There is no cure but it is a manageable disease. My grandmother became schizophrenic in her 40s and lived to the ripe age of 77. She received electrotherapy treatment in the 60s which unfortunately caused brain damage but She was surrounded by her loving children her entire life and left very peacefully. Nowadays there is medication which needs to be taken everyday which manages the condition without the damage caused by electrotherapy. I think it’s unfair that her family (esp father)) let the mothers condition get so bad that the daughter had to deal with it
Samina Maam what u said about taking care of your parents...is just so powerful and inspiring. It hit very hard. So well put and rightly said. This is the part I liked the most in your whole episode.
Same words.... Aik din main nay mama say kaha jo k bistr pr thin, bilkul kisi bchay jaisi, mama ab main mama hn r ap meri baiti. To mama forn bolin, chlo theek hai bt mu j zada mat dantna. Moula pak meray waledain k drjaad buland frmain, ameen😭

Schizophrenia and bipolar is a horrible, horrible illnesses. It’s soul destroying, not curable but can be managed . Whoever has it ,Allah give them shifa.🤲🏼
Really very nice interview and I have no words that how much I learnt from this interview.keep it up...I think that if we believe in Allah that is very strong then why we are so much weak.our weakness indicate our less faith on Allah
Dunya ki sab se qeemti cheez mery mama baba dono i love them aloooot and meri dua he k Allah hina ki walda ko seht ata kry or hina ki apni wlda se bht achi dsti ho jy Aaameen

Every individual has faced so much problems in their lives.. This life is a trial and tough journey for us . We have to be strong, confident and patient and face it wisely.
Amazing....thanku hina iltaf for sharing your experience.i think every girl should listen thia.especially those who are going through even a little bit of stress or depression.this interview is totally love ...totally...i am loving it.
umme fatima Yes it’s is better to forgive someone than to hurt yourself number of times. Though forgiveness is hard but once you do you are making yourself free from that hurtful thing.
I completely agree I can forgive but never forget. Infact we should all never forget, because if we trust that particular person again. We may get hurt.
Mam Samina very well said to Hina, your last few words are tremendous for her life. These are life changing words if she got... mother is a very precious thing of this world.....
Wonderfull advice mam... Ur soft advice make me cry ... Bcoz my father was a strong man but now he got paralysis.. So i can feel and understand by my heart
Heart touching story sahi kaha ha kise na we all are actors in drama of our life jesa yeh actors hotay hain unki zindagi utni hi sangeen hoti ha ma hina ka dard samjh sakti hun becuz my story is approximately same to her story😢
I also suffer from a lot of stress especially studies which makes me to speak louder to people, cry a lot.And after shedding tears,I feel calm.I want to come out of this world of stress

Sharain Gardezi sorry I didn’t realize I sounded this stupid. That is why I said I don’t understand. Thank you so much for clarifying.
One of the best interviews I have ever seen ! Such great message and conversation, to which many of us can relate to. Much love and appreciation :)
Life is not bed of roses but struggle n believe in Allah makes it happier Best of luck Hina
Love the last few lines of Samina perzada , how she guide her in a very polite way. You are a real therapist ❤️

It made me cry jab Samina ne kaha " daantogi tou nahi" . Hina try to get into as much as can with your parents. ONE LIFE...ONE CHANCE...ONE OPPORTUNITY.....and....ONE PARENTS.

I had experienced of pain, and my father was fully paralyzed. And that time I was just 17, I have no words to describe that moments.

It can paralyse you, it can cause severe skin issues, body pain etc.

hina altaf ...a greatt personnn who is supporting her familyy ....and saminaa mamm all time favouritee ...sooo humble and calm...no words fr her
Beautiful message at the end Ma’am💜 Thankyou for such a great advice 🌸
I think it’s unfair that her family (esp father)) let the mothers condition get so bad that the daughter had to deal with it
yeah you are right. Everyone is different tho so we can't say
Samina Maam what u said about taking care of your parents...is just so powerful and inspiring. It hit very hard. So well put and rightly said. This is the part I liked the most in your whole episode.
Only Allah can solve all out probs he is the creater n for sure he will give us peace

I wish that happens to me too. Forgiving is easy but forgetting is not. I wish....
umme fatima
Yes it’s is better to forgive someone than to hurt yourself number of times. Though forgiveness is hard but once you do you are making yourself free from that hurtful thing.
I completely agree I can forgive but never forget. Infact we should all never forget, because if we trust that particular person again. We may get hurt.
I too crossed through such incident before ...it's very hard
@@firrzananadem i agree with you completely

Heart touching story sahi kaha ha kise na we all are actors in drama of our life jesa yeh actors hotay hain unki zindagi utni hi sangeen hoti ha ma hina ka dard samjh sakti hun becuz my story is approximately same to her story😢
I also suffer from a lot of stress especially studies which makes me to speak louder to people, cry a lot.And after shedding tears,I feel calm.I want to come out of this world of stress
