Actually, just the first generation frames had consience. The frames we use are from third and second generation. Standard and prime respectively. The only exception being umbra, of course.

The only visible difference between umbra and a normal third generation warframe is in what the blueprint is based, basically the blueprints of umbra were taked directly from his original body parts, while the third generation warframes blueprints are made basing of copies from the original parts, since the original parts were lost or destroyed hundreds years ago. PS: sorry, English is not my first language.

Hatred is a strong emotion, though the Stalker likely understands that the fall of the Orokin was a good it still tore his life appart. Remember Stalker was a Low Guard which means he was sided with the Orokin, when the Warframes rebelled he was on the chopping block too.
