Where's YOUR next Spartan Race? For the rest of 2020, I'm currently looking to take on:
- Spartan Super/Sprint Las Vegas
- Spartan City San Diego
- Spartan Super/Sprint Monterey
- Spartan Stadion Anaheim
- Spartan Ultra Hawaii
My first one will be a Beast in London next year. Day after that I run Super and Sprint for a Trifecta.

Very helpful 👍 been waiting all year to take part in my first Spartan races bought my trifecta pass a year ago but with the pandemic it's all been put on hold until next year in the UK but fortunately the hurricane heat is going ahead and just bought all what I need on the gear list for next weekend 😀🏃💪
Thanks, Thomas! I absolutely love Spartan Races! I can’t for you to complete one, especially the Trifecta! I know how you feel. I was really excited to use my annual pass but the entire year is a wash 😩.
That’s awesome! Have fun at the HH!
Once races start back up, I’ll have more OCR content. Spartan Race Virtual 3.0 is starting up soon, so I’m going to do some videos on that for the folks at home. Thanks for subscribing! Let me know if there’s any specific spartan content I can help you out with!
@@KevTheTrainer its a pleasure kev let's just hope we get back to normal next year 🤞I only found out about the Spartan race last year and suits my training for distance running and strength so really looking forward to it I'm lucky enough to have a place called delamere forest on my doorstep to do lots of trail running and been practicing at an OCR gym aswell as usual gym workout to make it to Greece would be a dream come true 😀if I need to know anything I know where to come now thanks kev looking forward to watching more of your videos and can't wait for the HH next weekend 🙂 then doing the races next year 👍aroo

SoCal Spartan Event Weekend🎉
Oh my goodness! I have one in June 5 at Salinas,Ca and I am in no shape to do it. This seems super hard now that you say it
You can do it! Work on conditioning so you can go the distance, and try out the obstacles. The ones you aren’t able to complete you’ll learn how to overcome with more training! I did my first one in Monterey too!! th-cam.com/video/iTUK2OGPJTU/w-d-xo.html
I have my first one in Salinas June 5th also!! Super nervous
@@sidneyv1138 how was it?!

AROO! Have fun!
Doing the world championship in abu dhabi this winter
Have fun! That’s going to be a great race!
Doing my first Spartan in July in Red Deer Alberta Canada. At age 55, the burpees worry me as I have a finger missing on my right hand and might not complete the swinging obstacles!
It’s going to be lots of fun! They actually removed a lot of the burpee penalties and replaced with penalty run loops so you’ll be alright. You’d be surprised! Give the swings a good try!
Dude I just got out of the AT&T statdion And now I have to go to palmerton I’m gonna be beat😰

Thanks! Good luck! You got this! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
@@KevTheTrainer And also, do you have any tips for heavy weights obstacles like the atlas carry, bucket carry, etc because I have pretty weak arms and I don’t know if I can lift them up
There are some tricks and techniques to make things easier! The hard part is the lift.
- Atlas Carry (get on one knee, roll the stone up your thigh)
- Bucket carry (carry the bucket on your shoulder; summon the explosive strength to press the bucket up)
Spartans are often willing to assist if you need some help! Are you running open or age group?

@@gabtherock0593 you’ll have lots of support if you ever need it! But give it a good try and see what you can do. Then you know what you’ll focus on improving for your inevitable Super/Beast 💪🏼
