Builder has instructions not to show Opal block. They don't want 2 big HT lines shown too close by drone. In 6 minutes drone footage, every single lane including opal can be covered..... But brokers are afraid of builder. Similarly they don't show the shamshan Ghat adjacent to Smartworld Orchard..... Who will buy that of people are made aware of it in drone shots....
@himaniconsultant Smartworld Orchard, Sector 61 - There is one adjacent to floor walls, builder is using big walls to cover the outside view which is OK. You can check when you cover SW Orchard Sec 61. Thanks....There is no harm in covering what is adjacent to project and let people decide if they are OK with that and with the price offered....
