    Just to take an advise…should I sell my flat 1423sqft right now or should I sale it after possession?

      I would suggest to sell it after possession if there isnt any urgency of money needed for. Wait for better price appreciation.

      September 2025 is Rera deadline which seems to the real one now given the speed. Maybe be they will deliver 5-6 months earlier for the unfrozen ones....

    Is this a good project? Is it worth investing in? Concept is good but not sure of possession as fit outs and finishing takes time. Do you believe builder will give this early?

      Of course its a good project in terms of both end use and investment. Those who had purchased at the time of launching are getting better pricing now on selling their unit. As far as the possession is concerned, I am sure the delivery of the project will be on time.
