- When I got my first digicam in 2003, most of my photos from the camera came out blurry and grainy. I had no idea why. But if you know just a bit of photography basics, you can take reasonably good photos even with a 20-year-old vintage camera.

Who am I?
Hello! My name is Charmaine and I'm a full-time photographer. On this channel, I share videos on photography and lifestyle content. 🤗

I shoot all times of day at base ISO. A lot of these cameras have image stabilization and have been able to pull off 1/5th shutter speeds without blur. Either way, motion blur can come out really nice
I didn't even think my digital cam would have iso. But after watching I checked and it's there! Thank you!
You’re welcome! Glad the video was helpful :)
love the video, thank you ❤
After I used my first DSLR I stopped using the little point and shoots. I did have a few over the years but I didn't know anything about photography then. I had some good pictures because of locations.
cute video!
Thank you for this video. ☺️
You’re welcome! 😊
😊. Do you have a favorite digicam you are currently using?
Useful info, I've got a few old digicams, I'll experiment with a lower ISO.
I've added your channel, hopefully you'll connect with another retro photographer 📸
connected! i see that you have an Olympus Trip 35, i have one too, it's a great film camera!
@@charm_wu Cheers, appreciated.
I picked up the Trip 35 recently from a local seller at a very reasonable price.
I've not tried it yet but it seems to work and is in almost pristine condition.
I've been looking for a good one for a very long time. I'm looking forward to using it.
I'm currently using my Olympus Pen EE half frame film camera 📷
There's no such thing as a vintage digital camera. Oh... this is how I know I'm old. :-P
well digicams were sort of rising in population in the late 90s so i guess the term is valid!
