One thing I have learnt from experiences, it is not that difficult to deal witn boss once there is clear communication then it may be regarding anything and healthy boundaries too. Good boss knows how to make employee comfortable. Yes creative debates and difference are there, but it's ok and we learn lot from it... After all most of people in team want to make things better for company to work... I have experience of bad boss too, even I don't want to see his face again in life and I have regrets for working for him...
