    Looks like a great project. That chassis will clean up real nice. The finished product will be a good looking and performing TV!

    Where did you learn to understand all the knowledge you have on old tube appliances. It's interesting.

      Repaired electronics for 40+ years. We had a TV repair shop.
      Retired in 2013

      Thanks I remember when they came to the house and fixed our TV. So we could watch Ed Sullivan Sunday night. Lol

    The ceramic Will not perform correctly In the deflection circuit, it will cause you to pull your hair out. LOL need to stick with the regular foil or poly

      I agree on the Motorola 7”ers, they don’t like them.
      But so far this Admiral is working fine with them.

      @CreekviewAcres Awesome, I'll try that on mine then... I Two of the woodcabinet admirals Both with high voltage issues on the R.F transformer
