when you did bearing over distance, you changed the bearing, how many decimal was good but the distance was missing then you jump to different edit????
If you are talking about the distances, 2 to 3 decimal places are ok, but depending on your clients specifications. In surveying 3decimal places is ok, engineering especially civil will also stick with 3 or 2
ok.. sorry how do you mean rotate, do you want to align them with the line or.... please be clear and specific. if it's possible a snapshot of what you mean

yes you can.....
explode the automatic text, and then you can space the bearing
Nsikakobong Eyakz I’ve exploded it but when I select it by double clicking the line it’s telling me to edit block edition

explode a second time, you need to explode it twice.. or you can send me a copy of the file let me take a look

The distances are always masked, so you need to turn off background masking. I hope I have answered your question
