Savarna Alpsankhyak Pichda Varg Kalyan Samaj advocates reservation on the basis of need. SAPAKS also opposed the amendment to the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Also removes caste based stereotypes and biases. I had and have facing too much caste based despite earning way more than any average Higher middle class family in india could make. Still didn't get any house for rent in high class society. Still, they behave very rudely and curtly towards me. Because of my caste, same caste as Dr. Ambedkar.

Reservation is the adequate representation of different caste and tribes ,in position of power. An sc/st/OBC can only understand the problems of another sc/st/obc...the unspoken discrimination they face, the complex they are made to feel on basis of skin colour or surname etc.
How it is for representation? Drop your caste certificate, come to the nutral ground. Do the hardwork and get the seat. Dropping your caste certificate, how tf it is stopping you to represent yourself?

Saying these things is easy brother even today I have to hide my surname sometimes. I'm from rural areas and till date at the era of 2020 also the superior cast are suppressing the lower cast.. untouchability is still there... So, it can actually get eradicated if the superior start to accept the lower.. first see their ground level what and how much they have struggled to be there then only there will be no cast so do no reservations

@@yashesh8229 When i was young i used to work with my parents on our farm but my class mates who lived in the city concentrated on their studies. I had to word harder to keep up and i was always above some one who stood 10-15 in class but never 1-5th and that was the story of all students from villages. Also, city folks have educated parents, like doctors and engineers who could help their kids with studies, my parents werent much educated to i had to learn most by myself.
Now, did i get the same amount of opportunity to study as those city folks that you want to compare my merit to theirs.

the persons who really deserves reservation are the poor people whether they are General, SC, ST or OBC.
People blame caste based reservation but never blame caste system ..hypocrisy ke bhe seema hote hai 🤣🤣
Creamy layer criteria must also be applicable for SC/ST groups. It is only then discrimination against SC/STs would decline as non-creamy candidates would have to compete in general category. Also, reservation policy would become more effective as it would reach economically backward and marginalised sections of society.

I come from OBC Muslim family, I face discrimination too by fellow muslims, even though there's no caste system in Quran.
