I was expecting a Blood hunter build for the Elemental weapons, maybe add in some other classes for different magics and fighting styles and was Thinking Dhampir as that seems to be the lineage you become when a human is transformed into a Vampire.

Yeah, i did consider dhampir, I just generally prefer the Vampire's bite. It can heal more and isn't limited by proficiency. That and I tend to be turned away if the Spider Climb doesn't make sense. Still, it's a perfectly reasonable alternative.
As for Blood Hunter, would you believe I know next to nothing about it? It isn't on the site I use as a reference and I usually consider it homebrew, which I try to avoid using in these. If you think it works better, then by all means!

@@Dragonfly9078 it’s sorta in the middle ground, more Matt Mercer subclasses has been made official and Blood hunter available for free on DNDbeyond so you could easily look it up.
