Haha sadly cheese is insanely expensive in korea (real imported ones) in the netherlands its 1/5th of the price i was so surprised

As a science major, I can say that Yuri did really well in making the cheese. Fermented foods are super tricky to make and take a lot of effort. She was really neat and careful with every step, I really enjoyed watching it!
what a queen. making cheese is hard because it needs exact measurements, temperature, AND timing. and she did that with 32L of milk. such an icon
Man she's like the living superwoman 😂 she really works hard to let her dish come out tasty yet presentable. She never fails to suprise. Just love her!

@@Dovezlife I've lactose too but weirdly, it rarely reacts to cheese (and ONLY cheese) no matter how much amounts I take, but it reacts immediately (the fastest is maybe within 30 seconds to a few minutes) whenever I drink milk or eat just whatever that has milk in it lmao 💀😭
@@fansofkpop8498 for me I can have small amounts of milk and I'll be okay, but cheese makes my stomach churn, its so painful too sometimes, it really messes up my metabolism and a bunch of others thangs that are probs TMI for youtube😂🤦♀️
