I'm pretty sure Bentley and William are way closer, they are brothers after all they spend most of their time together.. and it's completely ok for Ben to be shy, let him communicate with them together on his own accord.. I hate it when people say that "don't be shy", you're allowed to be shy, you can talk if and when you are ready to, plus sometimes for certain people it takes time to get used to the people and the place before they are able to really let go and have fun
Well “baby’s” brains are like sponges so it’s easier for them to learn things like languages cause there mind is still absorbing their first language meaning there brain isn’t wired for one set way of understanding yet (Sorry I explained that really poorly)
I think it's also because of the internet. A lot of kids now are exposed to TH-cam. Most of the kids around me are now fluent in English plus they also have accent.

When I see Naeun I see Lisa Manoban hahah. Btw Asians (including me) typically learn two or three languages at the same time as early as 2 years old. One is our national language and the other one may vary from English to Mandarin, to Bahasa, or your parent's hometown language/dialect.
In Morocco too we are bilingual, we learn as a toddler our dialect (Arabic or Amazigh) and in some families we learn french at the same time and before even going to School. So it's rather normal to speak several languages
