The communication looks healthy and strong but as a thirty five year veteran social worker ....this is as good as it gets and what makes a huge difference is youve got two solidly middle or upper middle class young people who are responsible and pursuing a college education and have supportive and involved parents and family. It looks so much different when these things are not in place.

You two are so mature, I know you have had to grow up really quick but seeing the love between you two was heartwarming. Family comes first and you are a family. Keep the videos coming!!
I wanted to reach through the screen and give you a hug when you talked about struggling with friendships. My mom had my brother when she was 17 and I know she dealt a lot with loniness. The internet wasn't around then - I hope you're able to connect with other mom's your age through this channel ♥️
Thank you for sharing this q&a with us. it was so nice to meet Nathan. I have a lot of admiration for you both and applaud you for the great job of juggling all you have had to since little Graycen's surprise appearance. She is an adorable little girl. I look forward to continuing following your story and wish you nothing but happiness and love x
I loved this! It was so nice to meet your boyfriend! You two are beautiful inside and out! You both are so mature and seem to have handled such a huge shock and surprise so well! It's definitely not easy to be a parent and also going to school, but you two are doing amazing! I had my first son at 19 and lost a lot of friends due to being married and having a baby. It was hard for sure but my family was incredibly supportive and helpful with all 3 of children and now with my 17 month old grandson. Becoming a mother/father does change you in a good way! Your priorities change but that doesn't mean you have completely changed as a person! Thank you for sharing your life and answering questions!!!
There's a definite advantage to having a baby at a young age. I had my 1st baby at the age of 38 & 2nd at the age of 40. My husband is 4 yrs older than me. We really struggle physically. Nobody is that fit in their late 30s or 40s compared to when you are in your late teens or early 20s. So the sleep deprivation really affects you more when you are older. So it's good in a way that uou can get this part of parenthood over & done witb while you are fit & more capable physically. God bless you.

Good job that you are working together and finishing your educations. All of your parents must be so proud of you both! Great job and wishing you all the best!
I had my first baby at 22. I joined mom groups and found some amazing friends! Some new friends were 10 years older than me, but we got along well with having kids the same age. My friends my age were still out partying! I remained friends with my old school friends, but it was so nice to find mommy friends who could relate to what I was going through with little ones. Now my school friends have little ones and are jealous I have a teen who can babysit when needed ha ha.
That was an amazing video!! I felt you both were very open and genuine. I got to know you both in such a way that I’m excited about watching your journey. I loved hearing about both your challenges and successes. Getting sleep was a huge challenge for me too. Cross our fingers she starts sleeping through the night soon! Nathan talking about how his daughter changes and grows every day was so insightful. For me, it feels like my daughter is still growing every day and she’s 23! It also feels like she was just a baby a minute ago. I blinked and she is a young adult. Harmony, when you said you only needed one best friend now that you have your sweet baby melted my heart. 💕 Your friendships will change during this time. You are changing and adapting to being a Mom. Your mindset has shifted and of course you're going to change in that process. I love the saying; people come into our lives for a Reason, Season, or Lifetime. 💗 Your video was heartfelt and lovely. Blessings!
I really enjoy this channel. I don’t think folks can fully appreciate how difficult it is to continue your schooling when you have a new baby unless they’ve been through it or close to someone who has. Super duper kudos to you both! And look forward to watching you prepare for Christmas with G! ❤
You both are so mature in your thoughts! I see a very healthy and responsible relationship between the both of you! Good job! Both of you also seem to be great human beings individually as well...
Aww!! This is such an amazing story...and journey. Parenthood is so wonderful. It certainly made me appreciate my parents even more. The sacrifices, the love, the memories. 🥰🥰🥰
I had my surprise son 27 years ago! Time flies. I know it can seem “hard” sometimes. Now looking back, those were the best times of my life. Enjoy the journey.
I get the difficult communication. I had an ambulance situation where I couldn't tell MY mom what was going on, but between my husband and in-laws, mom got looped in. Later I realized it was the same date my dad was rushed to the same hospital, where he would pass away at. I'm glad that because of covid, mom wasn't permitted to enter the hospital to trigger the memory, but had my in-laws to support her near by.
Oh gosh glad you didn't realize that at the time, that would have been so traumatizing. I've lost my dad at a hospital as well and I can't set foot in an ER unless it's an emergency. Losing your Dad isn't something you get over easily.
These comments are all very judgmental! She said in one of the videos that she had never gotten her cycle so why would she of thought she was pregnant. Why would he not be the father. Hi harmony. I wanted to say that I was about your age when I had my daughter witch was long time ago. And I struggled with the same thing. But I also feel that becoming a parent at young age it does change you but doesn’t change who you are. And i also was not married to my boyfriend at the time and happy to say now is my husband. And if there your friend they will be there for you. But hang in there honey you got this.
Most colleges have apartments for family’s with children. Check in on that. Good to see you are both still friends as well as boy friend and girl friend. So happy to your family’s are supportive.
Good for both of you. I love that you are taking responsibility and so in love with your baby girl 💗💗 I can't even describe to you the importance of you both adding stability to her little world 💖 Keep on doing a good job with adulting ❤ Even on the hard days. Shock or not, she's adorable little gift from God 🎉🎉❤
You two are an adorable couple with a beautiful baby girl ♥I wish you much success and happiness in life, and hope to hear about your graduations soon!!!
My husband and I didn't live together when our son was born for the first year. 31 years later were still married with 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren. But it was very hard to not have him there at first. Like visiting didn't really help lol. Nights were hard.
Gosh! Must have been such a shock to both of you. I don't have kids myself, but I've seen so many people struggle with parenting even in their late 30s that it is amazing to me that you are accepting the responsibility with so little objection to it.
Regarding maintaining friends.. you definitely have changed, but that's not a bad thing.... it's just different and your friends will have to adjust their roll in your life. Again, not a bad thing! ❤

She's talked about the college many times already. It's a big campus. Student enrollment was over 10K 10 years ago. I doubt anyone would be willing to go onto a college campus just to look for someone.
Having a baby is a greatest blessing in the world and I noticed in your videos you don't refer to yourselves as Mom and Dad I imagine it's just the shock but just know she is a little miracle
It is not the greatest blessing in the world. Women die during childbirth and all sorts of nasty and deadly shit happens. And abortion exists for a reason.
I loved this, it was great to meet your boyfriend, Grayson’s one lucky little baby ❤ I think for your age your both very mature and your doing such an amazing joy together studying and being young parents. Thanks for letting us watch you journey together x
I think it's great that your parents were there and don't blame you or dad for the fact that he wasn't there. He had just started his internship and had school etc. Priorities are important. Baby is now a Priority. In that, continuing your education and growing your professional life is now a higher priority so you can support your new little one. It all makes sense to me. And dad was probably correct. I had my first child when I was 20. Her dad wasn't any help when I was in labor 🤣 My mother was there and was my support system. Moms have been through it and know how it works. Some dads are great in labor and delivery, but in your situation, I would totally understand if dad couldn't keep it together lol
Y’all are just the cutest couple❤️! Still soo unsure on if he is the dad or not 😵💫 not sure if we are avoiding the question, I can’t be the only one wondering but whether he is or isn’t it is beautiful you have a partner who supports you! My mom had never experienced or witnessed someone giving birth before me (I was a C-section and my brother was adopted), but my mom was the best support person in the world when I was in labor. Sorry husband. I love you, glad you were there, but Mom will definitely be at all future births.
You are such a sweet couple! You are both so mature and clearly love each other and Graycen very much! A lot of couples your age would split in this kind of situation, seeing you two though makes me think you are in this for the long haul! How did you meet? Have you known each other since High School, or did you meet at college? Had you met each other’s families before Graycen was born - I can’t imagine the first time meeting each other’s parents being to introduce them to Graycen! Graycen is so beautiful and the perfect combination of Mommy and Daddy - Graycen looks like the happiest baby! You guys are clearly amazing parents - especially you Harmony as I know it must be hard being the only one at night when teething kicks in, or when Graycen is poorly. Hearing that you have lost friendships is so sad Harmony - do you think it was part judgement? Or are you just in different stages of life? I agree with a previous poster who suggested joining a local mother and toddler group on campus, or if there are other parents at your college who use childcare you can try to get to know them. I think once you are a Mama you do change, your priorities change, you have less free time, you grow up quickly! You as a human being are the same but you have grown and you love your baby unconditionally- you want to spend your free time with Graycen, with your boyfriend, as a family and visiting each other’s families. Other girls your age just have to worry about school, assessments, exams and friends/ boyfriends and going out at the weekend. As a Mum of teens, I would love a video with your parents Harmony about how they processed everything, about how they felt when you left home with Graycen and left your support system. Also did your Mum at any point suspect you might be pregnant. TMI but my Mum knew when I had lost my virginity, I walked into the room the day after and she said ‘you lost your virginity’ (I wanted to dig myself a hole in the ground) thankfully my then boyfriend/ now husband of 17 years wasn’t with me. She could tell when I was pregnant both times and so I’m curious if your Mum ever suspected you were pregnant but dismissed it. Although I believe I have what Diana Gabaldon coined a glass face - either that or my Mum bless her soul was psychic😂.
I hate to say this is once in a life time u have a kid even though he didnt know or udidnt know Im just glad his part Gracey life u to make a great couple keep going on what u do get her on a sleeping schedule she follow it until she gets older
I love hearing your story! Thank you for sharing! I do have a question though.....I know you get a lot of questions, but I was wondering if the doctors know if this will happen to you again (not knowing your pregnant until you are in labor).
@@apriltownsend8463 I don't think he is biologically. He never says his daughter, when he told his parents he said his gf had a baby. They also avoid the question as you know it's like the number 1 question asked and she didn't include it in the q&a. Either way bio doesn't matter, it appears he will be there for them.
You ARE different now.... You are a mother.... Your priorities are different now, even though you are young.... Real friends will stay..... The others you don't need.....

My mom had never experienced or witnessed someone giving birth before me (I was a C-section and my brother was adopted), but my mom was the best support person in the world when I was in labor. Sorry husband. I love you, glad you were there, but Mom will definitely be at all future births.
100%
My daughter is. 16 and having a baby she has lost a lot of friends. It’s hard to see her
So sad but she is excited to meet baby Adeline in February.
such a nice guy
You two are the perfect combination of perfect and cute🙂👍👍
I hope you are doing well. I noticed that you haven't been making videos for a while now.
❤
You're doing a good job. 👍
Graycen looks like dad I think ❤
I hate to say this is once in a life time u have a kid even though he didnt know or udidnt know Im just glad his part Gracey life u to make a great couple keep going on what u do get her on a sleeping schedule she follow it until she gets older
Your life is your baby if they can’t fit in that’s to bad, the three of you are a family now. I say this with love g/g x5
I love hearing your story! Thank you for sharing! I do have a question though.....I know you get a lot of questions, but I was wondering if the doctors know if this will happen to you again (not knowing your pregnant until you are in labor).
I doubt it because she's gonna know what to look for now
How long have you been together?
Yo guys are so cute
How long have you been together?
Is he Grayson's Biological father??
💯
Yes he is
@@jordiflower why do you wanna know so badly!
Where is Graycen when you are in class?
How long have y’all been together or has that been answered already?! 🙈
Are y’all going to live together soon?
Great video!
You both are a good team and wonderful parents, I’m sure. Any plans to get married?
You ARE different now.... You are a mother.... Your priorities are different now, even though you are young.... Real friends will stay..... The others you don't need.....
