It's a paradise for cyclist in the Netherlands as there are dedicated cycling lanes. I think Taiwan should copy this. The dedicated cycling lanes will reduce cars on the road, keep people active, healthy, and safe from road accidents, reduce air pollution, help lower carbon footprint, saves money from riding in a car.... Come on, Taiwan is a bike factory of the world and yet so few people cycle on a regular commute. And if someone is gonna complain that Taiwan has more population, then please have a look at the density of Netherlands at 526 people/square kilometers and Taiwan at 649 people/ square kilometers...
