- I never thought i'd say it, but I actually LIKE traps in Gwent now! The reworks really do take them from uninteractive and tedious to fun to play and gain benefit from interactivity! Bri Cri and Riodain really are MVPs here!

So how viable is this deck anymore? I'm looking to create a quintessential trap focused deck. I have my homebrew which seems to be struggling but I'm eager to try yours

I've been trying out Vice SY, but I can't seem to work. Tried it with crime, bounty, and my best luck right now is with tribute, but it still so weak and awkward.
I have a bounty version I'm keen to try once I finish messing around with SK. Vice is very complicated and makes SY even more of a rope fest but I'm sure there is a great deck in there!

thoughts on vampires in 2023? Also kelty decks
I think Renfri vampires are still ok, not high tier meta but definitely playable. Also engine overload Fleder spam too. Hard to say how they'll do so early into new cards though!
Kelly feels like it's a bit more challenging now as it was always quirky and complex but there are way more tools available to deal with it for the average deck now.

Yep you can. There's also a 20 something dollars package that includes all.of the new cards in premium version plus a couple of other things
Crafted them. I have been around since early beta so have basically infinite resources. 😊
I think you want to get Sticky Situation online before Angus, otherwise it can get very awkward and you'll end up having to spring it like Lion had to in game 3
Completely. It's amazing round 1, ok round 2 but a 4 power brick in round 3. I think it's design could use a tweak!
The only problem I have with this deck is angus has to stick if not kinda feels like a auto lose really needs defender I just don’t how to put in the deck with out taking something important out
This version isn't about replaying Bri Cri so them wasting removal on it is actually ok honestly. If you play the Heist version I agree it needs to survive which is tough in most matchups!
Did u take out a trap for backup plan?
The other way around. Initially had less traps but more make Riordain more consistent for sure.
I am working on a more consistent version of this over this week! 💪

When I see heist + Angus I just GG as I probably didnt draw my one card that could remove Angus or Vanadain
I am going to make a heist version later in the season and see how crazy I can make it! Imagine 7p deadeyes 👀👀 so many points!

With elven seers and equinox you could get a 55 point simlas pre nerf
Once upon a time it was! Now I'd say less than 25 points on a simlas is disappointing honestly

I dont like traps deck,it is toxic and it is not my style.
Old traps certainly were when they were uninteractive by design but the change to the spring mechanic really take that away now. It's a lot of fun 😊
But we all like different things
