i feel like there is a step missing am i suppose to download something before doing this...i dont see any certificates hiting the manage certificate tab???
This is a nice tutorial to learn how to create copies of the certificate. Is there a video that outlines steps to retrieve from a certificate provider? Also a video on how to build a DSC USB token would be greatly helpful. . .?
I think it’s bc we got the usb. I looked at a few other post and they had the same question. The only thing I can think of is that this platform is not for the type of encryption key that we have.

Wait for your digital certificate from IdenTrust. Most receive it from them within 48 hours. Then upload it to your OneNotary profile. It's easy! We have videos on how to complete your profile here on our channel to walk you through.

What do we do if we forgot the password for our certificates?
You would need to contact the company you purchased it from to reset it. If you got it from IdenTrust you would call them.
