Hey guys, I quickly explained on my community tab that Kim and I have a very different schedule and that it is quite hard to find time for us both to film, so we settled for these 4 performances for this video. If we can make it work in the future we'll definitely love to sit down and check some of the other performances too. I'm just asking for you guys understanding and to just give us more time to make things work ❤
Hyunjin could have done something within his comfort zone, slow-sensual type of dancing like he did in Play With Fire/When the Party's Over, but he challenged himself with the hardest choreo & almost break his bones during practice. Mad respect for this guy
I agree. Now Hyunjin is beyond dancer, beyond performer but also an artist who is dedicated to his craft! In the aotm bts/ documentary, he incorporated some choreo he suggested and even before he had dances he choreograph him selves. There is no denying, he is out of the league. And for them to call him talentless or even compare to others? Loser fan behavior. 😭
The saddest thing is some of the haters are the fans of other members of skz. They discredit him constantly out of jealousy. @@mynameisalexanderhamilton2862
For the Wooyoung one, choreography/dance and facial expressions are well balanced in my opinion. There aren't "dead moments" and the movements know how to fully represent the song lyrics. A great job, really smooth and I enjoyed the hint of jazz. Pleasing to the eye!
Ryujin's choreo in itself is kinda easy(compared to other choreographies in past AOTMs) what makes it hard is nailing the facial expressions to go with the vibe of the song, and still keep on beat. Ryujin's facial and body vibe are what makes it all seem so complex.
WOOYOUNG'S AOTM is really underapreciated like look at that man and the choreo, the expressions, the moves everything is perfect it was cultural reset.

Yeji is my favourite performer for the females on studio choom, aint a Stan but she delivered...hyunjin is my favorite to the males...just heavy and smooth movements with lot of hit movement and floor movement...i loved it...though am a stay...maybe i am just being biased lol, am trying to remember this guy choreography i loved also, he was using his body to express the song, forgot his name, am not sure it is yeonjun...oh i think it is juyeon

For me Hyunjin is at the top of the pyramid. His AOTM was the most expected one. He served not just looks, but an amazing performance, strong yet sexy moves, the facial expressions on point, the details. He is the dancing god, performance Leader. Yeji AOTM was cool too, so elegant and strong, fluid. Loved them
@@annyann524 actually what he did was NOT his norm. He went outside of his comfort zone to try something different and 100% nailed it. There are MANY styles of dance and what he hit on was crumping, popping etc all mixed in. If you’re not familiar with it then say that but he definitely nailed it. His whole performance was technical. It’s okay to prefer a certain style but don’t be rude just because you don’t understand it.

Ryujin's base of character for that performance is the Cheshire cat from Alice in Wonderland. That's the inspiration for her purple lipstick and long black nails (like a cat).

The way Yeji has me frozen with her gaze is INSANE! I cannot keep my eyes off of her whenever she performs. She did a cover of You Right by Doja Cat and The Weeknd with Ryujin and I COULD NOT KEEP MY EYES OFF OF HER and the quality of the video was like, 240p lol basically 2 pixels and she was so sharp and fluid and smooth and UGH! Amazing.
Yeji AOTM is still the best & probably I’m being bias but the thing is, I wasn’t a Yeji stan before her AOTM so when her AOTM was dropped, I wasn’t expecting her to do that kind of choreo. It’s sensual & swag, with a kick of hiphop , jazz & contemporary dance genres. And lol for some reason after her AOTM, succeeding AOTM seems like a so-so to me lol like the facials & everything & the technicalities because I mean I’ve seen it first from Yeji.. so yeah. Yeji is still the one. No one is topping her. 😎
Loved this reaction! My favourites has to be Wooyoung’s followed by Juyeon’s. I’ve seen a good chunk of ATEEZ’s content and thought I knew what he was capable of and yet he still left me in awe? The charisma and charm oozed out of him and suit his concept and choreo so so well. But to be fair all AOTM’s are excel in their own way! I was super impressed with Hyunjin and SinB too.
Hongjoong & San are my biases now.. but Wooyoung was who caught my attention first 2½yrs ago. His visuals were really unique to me.. I'm so happy he was able to show his talents off because it's true a lot of the attention doesn't go to him sometimes when it come to their performances.

Ryujin aotm is amazing and probably one of my fav. Whenever I watch her atom. It’s so captivating and good to look no matter how many times I watch it. The message & story is one of a kind.
Everyone was really good, but I enjoyed Wooyoung's performance the most. His dancing skills, facial expressions and charisma knocked me out and made me an Atiny. As a dancer I really appreciate talent ♡
People can try, but nothing is as iconic as Yeji's performance here. She is such an amazing performer and dancer. Also what I really like is that she basically did it alle on her own, whike the others here sometimes heavily relied on their backup dancers to perform some movements etc. For Yeji, they were (except for one part) only an extension of her insane performance, focusing a lot on her skills, which is what aotm should do imo. Probs to all of them though, very impressive all around.
But none of them choreograph the dances. If the choreographers decide to use the dancers more then that’s not really the aotm’s fault. I also don’t think using the dancers more takes away from the aotm.

For me ryujins dance is my secound favorite aotm. Mostly because the choreo was not that intens but the facials and attitude truly shone so much. Especially think this also fit the song perfectly since the song is insanely laid back and not a heavy dance song but rather a complete attitude song and ryujin did a perfect job putting what billies song was messaging out through facials and dance.
for me, we all know that ryujin could be doing more than that, but in her aotm she showcased her talent differently as people know her as like a "boyish" type and she also showed her feminine side. i think its all about femininity idk but yeah it amazed me!
