Sir, ek doubt tha. If old law is superceded with new law and any important provision is Missing in new. Whether that provision present in older law is applicable?

Government of India act was drafted by sir Benegal narsimha Rao ICS. He also drafted first 243 articles of constitution of India. Then he went to international court of justice in 1948.
