One road to brick port, 3 around 11 to ore port Settle on the brick port with 1 wood, 1 brick, 3 sheep Settle on ore port with 1 wood, 1 brick, 3 sheep use knight to rob last ore from pink city with 5 ore and 2 brick

Nice puzzle, I also couldn't figure it out
I did figure out that it needed to be LR, 2 settles and a city as you would not have enough to city twice.
It's a very tricky one!

I thought the solution was to make 6 roads and secure road and a dev thus securing road and army ftw
