Alex and Alexander are on an entirely different level than Prof Sachs. Respect to the Prof, but the two Greeks have called the conflict in Ukraine like noone else has.

They are sadly correct about Germany. Germany is experiencing this economic downfall whilst being under the American Empire.

Excellent. And Russophpbia is basically a part of Anglo-Saxon world believing itself to be superior to let say Slavs, with Russia being the largest Slavic state [ despite large contingent of other ethnic groups]. I agree that's about the ambition to dominate without a need to compromise, because to compromise is to acknowledge that the other side is somewhat equal to you. Pretty sad how much of US public believes US to be exceptional and superior.

It's the same in every EU country, except for Hungary and Slovania. Germany, France, Sweden etc. Are all meant to be rich and influential countries. So why do these countries lack any autonomy? They are ran like banana republics.

I've had 35 great years in Sweden but it may be time to make a move. I'm not far of retiring and could live cheaply in southern Europe l suppose. My wife doesn't get it and my kids are either still at school or just starting to work now...er.....er.
I live in a small village between Varberg and Borås and it's all good for now but in 10 years time lm not so sure.
Sure l'm not going back to the uk though 😂

We have very short memories about nationalities. Very few federations or dynasties survive for more than a few centuries. The world is not going to transition to battery driven everything. It is not possible for a great many very obvious reasons. Eventually we will use them where they are useful and not where they are not. New Energy is a destabilising factor in the evolution of industrial capitalism, and that is all. The development of vast consumer markets, far surpassing the scale of the traditional ones, is decisive.

I do not cry for Europe nor UK. UK has a choice, incl Nigel Farage & his Reform UK but the Brits voted for Labor which seemingly, is a clone of the Conservatives. Well you voted, you made your bed so lie in it. Ditto for rest of EU. We shall see what the Americans choose today & if they still choose the current status quo, then suck it up. Your country your vote your choice

    • @leejames1792

Farage and his Reform lot have exposed themselves, they are phoney, much better than Tory/Lab but so many red flags already with them. We got Lab due to the majority not being bothered to vote, 9m voted Labour, so yes, many can blame themselves, not me though, i get to see the nation fall more due to the stupidity of the majority either by voting Lab or not bothering at all, so, what's with the "suck it up" i'm a fk'n victim here as are many like me.

(question would be: "invested into what" - "over which period of time" - and, are these "trillion" or "billion" - because the latter is a joke... )

Hey guys what do you think about "Spring time for Putin in sunny Russia"
Did you know Mr. Putin only changes his undies when there ripe, he peels them off and throws them against the Kremlin bedroom wall and if they don't stick, he puts them straight back on!
Mr. Putin is very funny his light uplifting persona in the Moscow war rooms, has everyone in stitches, and his funny walk gets many a giggle off the young secretary's everyone admires Mr. Putin for his carefree attitude and boyish young looks.
Just maybe they should make a comedy Broadway play about our close friend and President Mr. Putin, they could call it "Springtime for Putin in sunny Russia" it's gotta certain ring to it, it could be a smash hit I tell you it's brilliant; I need to email Mel B straightaway before he croaks the big one out finally!
PLEASE IF YOU LOVE PUTIN LEAVE A LIKE! A Mr. Putin Broadway comedy/musical play could be an ICBM smash hit.
