The Orphes is just unimpressive. The Riot B was genuinely more interesting.

I have to say, Orphes seems to be unimpressive as far as OG mechs go. It can’t seem to decide whether to act like a super or real robot and as a result the attacks are pretty simple compared to older and future OG mechs. It doesn’t help that the prelude stage reveals its best attack when other games at least hide those for when the mech gets upgraded

...Because Orphes is a mech the MC gets to pilot on stage 9, and it comes with that. When it upgrades, that's its *second* strongest attack.
