    Ingredients (Serves 1):
    Chicken Rice:
    Bacon: 3-4 slices
    Onion: 1/6 piece
    Margarine: 10g
    Granulated Consommé: 1/2 teaspoon
    Salt & Pepper: a pinch each
    Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
    Rice: 1 serving (160g)
    Omelette:
    Eggs: 2
    Salt: a pinch
    Heavy Cream: 50ml
    Margarine: 15g
    Steps:
    Finely chop bacon and onion.
    Make the chicken rice:
    Melt margarine in a pan over medium heat.
    Add bacon and onion, sauté until onion is translucent.
    Mix in consommé, salt, pepper, and ketchup before adding rice. Sauté on low heat to blend.
    Serve on a plate.
    Make the omelette:
    Beat eggs, then mix in salt and cream.
    Heat margarine in a pan over low-medium heat, add the egg mixture.
    Stir continuously with a spatula until slightly set, then remove from heat briefly.
    Shape the omelette by gently folding it in the pan.
    Place the omelette on the chicken rice, add ketchup if desired.
    Tips:
    Use an 18cm-20cm non-stick frying pan.
    Cook on low heat to avoid overcooking the omelette.
    Shape the omelette using the curve of the pan for best results.
