      - Experience traders can see what is a bull shit info tip and move on to somthing what give him good results.
      - Learn from your trading journal what mistake dont do again but learn also from this good trades what to do more.

    Great insights.
    Many things that Matt says resonate with me. But I think my favorite insight is when he talks about writing more about your wins than your losses in your journal in order to train your brain.
    For people like me who love spending hours adjusting the settings of their system, a losing trade is a blessing because it fuels their endless need of analysing what they could have done better.
    So instead of focusing too much on what I could have done better in my journal, I'll start focusing more on the good things I could repeat.

    Skeptical about listening from a broker about how to trade successfully...Is he a successful trader as well ? If not, all this info is only hearsay and not reliable!
