Another enjoyable day out in the Rolls! She is so quiet. I must start a similar vlog when my Rolls arrives in a few months, so you can enjoy how us Aussies do it 😊
That was a great car show and later on there was a Spitfire fly past. I went in the SL55 and that was us waving at the drone by the white autojumble van 👍
The helicopter is a Bell 47. They disguised one in the film Where eagles dare and pretended it was German even though it wasn't built till after world war 2.
Weirdly, I do like to monitor the clock. See what time you set out. See what time you head home. It’s not an easy dial to read though. Still, lovely collection of vehicles.
Nice day out. Is your Spirit completely rust free? Mines an N reg and little bits of rust are cropping up rather too regularly on it. Unfortunately I have to keep it outdoors so that doesn’t help. I’ve been quoted megabucks for sorting the paint and welding in a couple of new arches i.e. probably more than she’s worth. Difficult decision.
Yer mine has a few areas, luckily the car lives in the carcoon bubble and that stops any deterioration. The work will be attended to in due course, just need to save up.

I did think it was a Bell, but only because that’s the only helicopter I’ve heard of !
@@silverspiritlll6676 they also used them in the tv series "Mash" to put the stretchers on either side of the landing gear.
