You cant overmatch 100mm of armor. That would need a 300mm gun to do. The 183mm gun can overmatch up to 61mm armor. The 240mm gun on the T92 with AP can overmatch a maximum of 80mm.

Its a tier 8 heavy with a 128mm that has 226 pen and 490 alpha. It would be blatantly overpowered if it didnt have that long reload.
